We had an awful experience at the Panda Express located inside the park. Never in my life have I visited a business(meant to serve customers) and been told«no» so many times. I began to think I was being overly picky or demanding, but the individuals in my party were quick to let me know that my requests were not out of the ordinary and they were surprised at how many of them could not be accommodated. First, the ONLY reason we stopped at the Panda location was because of the giant(4-foot tall) A-frame sign in front of the location stating that Season ticket holders would receive a 10% discount when flashing their pass. We asked for our discount — this was the first time we would hear«no.» Unfortunately the clerk stated that the«10% discount button is broken» and her«manager was gonna fix it when she came in.» We asked then if she could have someone remove the sign, since it was inaccurate and misleading. It was not a permanent fixture and could easily be removed. We were given our second«no» of the experience and told that the manager was going to move the sign, too. So, in our eyes, the manager was going to show up(eventually) fix the button, and then remove the sign? This didn’t make sense, but something was very clear — this female worker had very little consideration for her customers or her job. We decided to stay, even without the discount and order our food. 4 entrees were ordered. I don’t particularly like rice, so I asked if she could just substitute more of the chow mein. This was my third«no» of the interaction, but and understandable one, as I completely understand the idea of speed and efficiency at this location. Still, I was just told«no» and offered no further explanation as to why. I thought, no big deal, I just won’t eat the rice. Then, we ordered drinks from the menu. All of the drink orders were accepted, except for mine. I ordered the Hi-C, as I do not like to drink soda. Soda appeared to be the only other 8 options outside of the Hi-C. Here is my FOURTH«no» at ONE restaurant window. «We don’t have that anymore,» she said, even though it’s clearly displayed ONTHEMENU. «That’s red PowerAde now.» 1 — Red? Red is not a flavor. 2 — the error in the menu should be fixed. I decided to take the ‘red’ PowerAde as a substitute. The drinks were poured to the brim, something you would definitely expect after paying such high prices for soft drinks. However, the drinks were SOFULL they were impossible to carry back to a table. I asked for some lids for our drinks. And, probably in order to cut back on litter, I was given my FIFTH«no» from the clerk. «We don’t have lids.» So, I found myself eating a meal I didn’t want, drinking a drink I didn’t particularly care for, without a discount, and without an effective way to prevent the spilling my drink on my way to the table to eat this SEVENTYDOLLARMEAL. I couldn’t believe it I spent so much money on such a poor meal experience. The food however, was fresh and delicious. I thought to myself, «wow, the food is so good, this could have been my BEST Panda Express experience, but it definitely ranks up there with the worst.»

Long wait, horrible food, expensive. Went through drive through. Had to wait 12 minutes to get to order. Only 2 cars ahead of me. Ordered 2-entrée meal. With chow mein. Noodles were dry. Got broccoli n beef and orang chicken. Broccoli was dry and burned. No sauces included and they forgot my eggroll. Only good. Tea. Cost 9.05. Never again.
