Palmer’s Auto Body

If you live anywhere near Arlington this is the «go to» body shop. I have had body work done on my Lexus three times in the past few years. In the last accident there was 5K worth of work that needed to be done. The car looks like new. Mike, who runs the auto body, does excellent work. He also has a good working relationship with the appraisers which is important.
As a note, I am perplexed at Kate. B’s review. John Palmer who is the CEO of Palmers is very professional and has a superior reputation in the auto business. We were in a major accident when our Toyota Camry was totaled and had to be towed. It went to Palmers and we never had any problems.

Not sure what «Kate B» was smoking or drinking the night she totaled her vehicle and crashed it into others but dam. Sorry Auto Body shops don’t let people strip their cars on there property and Palmer’s is not a junkyard.
Maybe next time you don’t go drinking and driving crash your vehicle. Also you have to pay the fee’s to get your vehicle back, you can’t trespass and enter a private companies lot and do what you want. Maybe you were a little drunk then as well.
Also what small business do you own in which you will allow strangers to come in and start removing stuff.
Bottom line is don’t get your panties all up in a bunch over paying the money you should have to pay. No one forced you to Drive Drunk…

PLEASE-​FIND ANOTHER AUTO BODY SHOP OR TOW COMPANY! These people are so unprofessional and overpriced! Our truck was totaled and we went there to get our stuff and they laughed in our faces when they were telling us «ya that’s definitely totaled». They also wanted $ 450 for us to take the truck (not for tow to our house just original tow about 2 miles from scene of accident). Then we went to go get our things and the ladder racks and the owner came out screaming at us to kick us off the property and said we can only take our racks if we pay $ 350! It’s only about 8 screws. If you can avoid having a vehicle towed here please find someone else and I can’t even imagine what they’re like to get work done in their auto body shop if this is how they treat people. I am a small business owner and would NEVER treat a customer this way and especially not try to kick them when they are already down and price gouge. This is a difficult enough time already I certainly don’t appreciate being treated this way and being charged ridiculous prices just to take OUR PROPERTY because they can back us into a corner and basically force us to pay or kick us off the property rendering us helpless. PLEASE-​FIND ANOTHER AUTO BODY SHOP OR TOW COMPANY!

The best anywhere, quality and speed and knowledge and honesty, known throughout the business… I disputed an estimate and told the guy where I got my original and he said no question if it came from Palmers Auto Body!

Have had lots of repairs done here, both on my old clunker Ford and my well-​loved but finicky Saab. Couldn’t be happier with the service, the work and the turnaround time.
