Kevin was fast to respond. He made several trips to my place, figured out the problem, gave great advice, and did an awesome job at a fair price. I think I’ve found my plumber for life. Thanks Kevin.

On the upside, he came on short notice and did the job we needed. He seemed very friendly and chatty, until I realized he billed us for the additional hour or so of chat time… When questioned about it, he stuck to his bill. We now use Sylvana Plumbing.

We have worked with Kevin at Oso Plumbing for over 15 years and most highly recommend his company. He has assisted us with many projects — most recently bathroom upgrades. He spent a lot of time researching and procuring the exact colors and type of fixtures we requested. They were perfect. His work is outstanding — nothing he works on ever fails or has to be re-done. He takes the time needed to do it right. He is fair and meticulous in his billing — right down to the tape or compounds he uses for the job. He is honest, hard-working, keeps up on current technology, and is an excellent problem-solver. He is a top-notch plumber and individual and we always refer family and friends to his company.

We called Kevin from Oso Plumbing after getting a few recommendations from a local electrician. He was very Friendly. He had the best price, and gave me an estimate over the phone after texting him a video of the problem. He charged us $ 145 per hour. Total bill was $ 171.71 He fixed a cracked plastic pipe in my ceiling and determined the cause was stress by the pipe holes in the rafters. He opened the pipe hole in the rafters as well as fixing the pipe. I would recommend Kevin to any of my family and friends.

I do not recommend this plumber. Lost his phone down my toilet’s pipe. What plumber keeps his i-phone in his shirt pocket while bending over a pipe? He seemed to have charged me for the time he spent fishing out his i-phone for several hours. He agreed to a $ 100.00 bonus for coming on Christmas day(of which I offered and was not asked for). On the phone that day he said he had no problem to worry about coming, it was fine. So what gives when I ask him about the bill two months later? He then changes his story and suddenly the violins are playing. After the job was done and the bill was questioned he started complaining about not seeing his daughter and losing his $ 500.00 i-phone How the heck is that my fault? $ 1,700.00 to unclog a toilet pipe. Recommends I dig up the pipe cause it’s broken. Sincerely, I don’t believe it. It’s been four months and no problems. Someone else will get that business and any other business from me. You can only go so far with this type of business model in the electronic age. People will write about it.
