Wow! What a cute shop! I’ve not seen somewhere like this for a long time. So many cute little things. The owner lady is nice. Beatle’s songs. Amazing smell. A pretty golden fish. Beach style stuff. Stained glass. Handmade candles. Antique Corona kitchen table. Relaxing and peaceful;)

Hit or miss. I came here for the first time in the summer of 2012 and there were a ton of great furniture pieces and home accents. It was fantastic! Came here a second time recently and it had more jewelry, accessory, and greeting card inventory than furniture which was disappointing. However, the owner still has a keen eye for good looking vintage products and collectibles. The inventory always changes so I’d come back frequently to see what they have in store.

This little store is wonderful. The owner has such a fun happy attitude and she always has really interesting things in the store. I do not always find things to buy in there but it is still fun to browse. I did buy my oldest daughter a desk there and it is really pretty. She kept me on list to let me know when she has another come in for my youngest daughter. Check it out when you have a moment!

I love this store, and as another reviewer said, could buy everything in it! Whenever I go there, its an adventure to see what new things have been put out.(Its a consignment shop so the stock always changes) There’s a nice mix of furniture, clothing, vintage jewelry, kitchenware, and generally funky retro things. Its also really pretty inside. The prices are super reasonable. I’ve gotten vintage jewelry, Asian decorative objects, a blue wrought iron magazine holder, and a book on vintage teddy bears as a gift for someone(This list just from what I can remember now.) I also like this shop because its a refreshing change from all the malls and chain stores. Also the hours have changed — I noticed another review said Thursday to Sunday, The shop is now open most days of the week — there’s only one day its closed(maybe mondays?) Anyway, highly recommend.

Wonderful vintage furniture and accessories — in styles ranging from shappy chic to traditional to midcentury modern — at really great prices. Bought an a little antique French dresser with a marble top for $ 110. The little shop is jammed packed and very fun to hunt around. So glad I found this!

I came to No Place like Home at the suggestion of a friend who frequents the shop and loves it. I came on a rainy day and was instantly cheered-up by the cute store. First, there is parking! Second, the store encompasses the whole lower floor of the building(actually an old house). It has furniture, home décor & accessories, a few clothing items, a few bags(nice brands), kitchen-y things, artwork, and jewelry. I really liked all the furniture pieces– from charming little stools to tables to hutches– a variety of good quality finds. I would have liked to see more kitchen items, like glasses, plates, vintage dish towels, and more décor too. Maybe No Place Like Home had sold a lot over the weekend, but the stock amount was slightly less than I anticipated. Also, I was a little perplexed by the mix of new and vintage jewelry items, thus the 4-star ranking. It felt a little disjointed since the styles were quite different plus the newer pieces, including kids earrings, weren’t really my taste. I did like the vintage pieces though! Btw, for all the frugalistas out there, Tuesday are 10% off everything in the store. Score! Will def come back to No Place Like Home.

Beautifully curated gems and treasures that are well organized in a charming space! On a recent visit to Arlington, VA I was instantly enamored with this awesome little shop and literally had to stop myself from buying the entire place(due to lack of space in my tiny NYC apt). I made out with a little bit of everything but kept mental tally of the things I had to leave behind but plan to come back for. Prices are great, pieces were perfectly /appropriately aged and/or in immaculate condition.
