I have spent more than $ 300 on this service and it has not worked. After the first 1.5 hour service at about $ 200, the lice came back. I called for what I thought would be a complementary re-do and they told me that they require two appointments in order to get the re-do. So I paid about $ 115 for the second treatment. The next time, I called within the two weeks when we discovered more lice and left a message. The woman returned my call the next day and I missed her call. They said since I didn’t have a «conversation» within the two weeks that my voice mail and their return call and voicemail didn’t count. They also said that I hadn’t had my hair checked by their staff but I had told the staff member who came to my house that my salon checked me and colored my hair both times the same day as they did the service for my daughter. She said that was fine. I followed the rules with cleaning the bedding, using tea tree oil in the shampoo, spraying the hair with hair spray, etc. My final error they said was that I didn’t buy the proper comb to do the continued removal. If they require you to buy your own comb and continue the painstaking process of getting the eggs out, why do you need them to begin with. Don’t waste your money. If you hire them, prepare to have them out many times in a row and pay hundreds of dollars. Very bad customer service…
