Marv did a great job with my gas furnace and hot water tank swap out. My budget was tight and so was my house, he was clean and he kept the area neat. Call Marvin before you call one of the big companies.

I called Marvin last week to have my furnace service. We set an appointment for 5:00 pm. Waited for him, its now after 5, I decided to give him a call to see if he was just running late. He answered the phone and I asked if he was on his way. He said sorry I would not be able to make it because he was in downtown Seattle. I said” I thought you were going to let me know a head of time if you could not make it.” He said «I apologized for that.»
I understand things happen beyond control, but courtesy call to let someone know he needs to reschedule goes a long way specially when you own a business. Simple apology just does not cut it. I took time off from my busy schedule to be home for the appointment. Just unacceptable in my opinion!

Was having my kitchen remodeled and in the middle of it my furnace went out. My contractor had Marvin come in and he was awesome. Had a new furnace in that day, did all new venting, and my house was warm again.
The new furnace started having problems and Marvin came out to troubleshoot and didn’t charge. In the end we found out that my fancy Nest thermostat had burned out my old furnace and was starting to mess with the new one.
He friendly, professional, and i’ll be using him again for any HVAC needs.

I am a GC and have used Marvin with New Heating and Cooling for a few years now. You can always count on him to do what he promises and get the job done no matter how difficult. He has done new furnaces, gas pipe, and plenty of venting for me. He won’t let you down.
