Naked Pizza

There is no way in hell I’d let these psychos in this location make my pizza. They were cursing at each other in the kitchen. And the doofus at the register made me wait a full 5 minutes before he said anything to me! Like, i see he was occupied, but a simple, «hello, ill be with u in a sec.» would have been fine!
And, they had on no hairnets. EXTREMELY RUDE! So, when I called back to ask for a manager, they played the telephone game; passing me to whoever, then even hung up on me, and called me a bitch… the «general manager» did. I called another location, and got the info I needed to call corporate. This was insane!

I went to this place a lot as it’s close to my home. Very convenient location. Great food and great customer service!

Two stars is a bad review right, well it would be lower but I’ve had their pizza before in Maryland and it is actually good pizza, HOWEVER this store has ZERO customer service. Their delivery quote times are just flat out LIES. If you call them they will place you on hold numerous times and act like they don’t know what you are talking about OR just hang up. Naked Pizza as a restaurant is good, but spare yourself the trouble, don’t give this location your business, THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE LOCATION.

My delivery was fast and the guy was polite. Unfortunately, the hot pizza tasted like cardboard.

Had this last night. Delivery was fast, polite, and spoke english. Food was very average. Not bad, not good either. I know it wasnt frozen, but it did taste like it.

I am very sad to give this place two stars, but I dont have a choice. This place has lost its charm. I really liked thier pizzas only problem is there is nobody to take the order at the counter. I went there couple of weeks after I found about this place. There was nobody at the counter so I peeked inside and some lady was making pizza inside. I waited and waited but she has no interest on her customer whatsoever. So I left that day thinking that they might all be very busy and went back again after a week same thing happened. Nobody on counter to greet or take order or to ask what we wanted.
Sorry naked pizza you have lost a loyal customer. Not going to be back again.

I’m really torn about his place. The two stars is related to their terrible delivery.
Let me start with the positive: Their pizza is great, they usually always have a email coupon to take advantage of.
The downside is the unreliable delivery. I’ve to call numerous times asking what the status of my delivery was. The answers you get range from «i only have one driver because the others didn’t show up today, your order is with a driver and fifth to be delivered on the list, the driver got disoriented, etc.» I don’t blame that you that your people didn’t show up, but don’t give me an estimation and then have it be close to an hour an half late.
If you can carry out you’ll have a great meal! if you take your chance with delivery, well it may be luke warm, or be half on the box’s lid when it arrives.
*** special update– Just received a call from the store manager saying they lost my order and sent it to the wrong house. Tells me that he can make me another but it will take another hour and a half to get to me. THIS IS INSANE!!! When i tried to explain that he should just remake the order and mark mine as next to go out he didn’t quite like that. Sure hope that he actually reverses the charge on my credit card.

My first time ever using eat24 to order through Unilocal it was fast and easy. I was able to track my order status even provided with delivery time. My delivery literally was 1 minute off the time provided by eat24 which I believe she would’ve been exactly on time if she didn’t have to call me to come down from my hotel room. I ordered my delivery online and to my hotel room and it was actually on time and faster than ordering back home to my own house. I ordered the customizeable calzone and the omnivore pizza. The dough for both was soft and delicious. The vegetables were super fresh the bell peppers had so much taste you wouldn’t believe. Delivery person I forget her name began with a K was very nice. My calzone was warm which to me is perfect. The pizza was well put together and also warm which to me again is perfect. I don’t enjoy scorching my mouth trying to eat so overall great experience. I just wish I was able to add few more ingredients inside my calzone hence the 4 stars. I know you cannot overload the calzone but there seemed to be little room left for it.

I had an issue with my delivery running late at the Clarendon location and they did not pick up their phones. So I called the pentagon row store in attempt to figure out why the Claredon store’s phone was ringing for 5+ minutes. Zack picked up and said he couldn’t help me as to why their branch wasn’t picking up the phone. Zack said he couldn’t help me at all and I asked to speak to his supervisor to try and get an answer. He said he could not do that and hung up on me. Thanks Zack, you really know how to deal with customers. If your name is even Zack (I wouldn’t be surprised if someone who hangs up on a customer would give a false name).
Don’t order from these people and their terrible customer service which, from my experience with Zack, is apparent across multiple locations. It’s common sense if a customer asks to speak with your supervisor, you grab your f — ing supervisor rather than slamming the phone on them.
TLDR: long wait (1+ hour) for disappointing food but, more importantly, received terrible customer service. I will not give my business where I’m treated poorly. DO NOT GO HERE.

The thin crust wasn’t and the price was high for a small pizza but the salad was good.

Fresh ingredients. Very eye pleasing. Not very tasty, kind of bland. And a 10″ specialty pizza for $ 15 (including tax) not very affordable. Maybe an average price for the DC area.

I’ve ordered pizzas and salads at Naked Pizza multiple times and always had a good experience. The staff has been friendly every time I’ve called or come inside the restaurant.
The food is consistently great. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. The best part about Naked Pizza is the crust. The recipe they use is pure magic. It doesn’t seem to cause that sugar crash and burn where you become super tired after eating pizza like most places. If you’re a diabetic and you want pizza, this is the place for you.
The only down side for me is the high price, but you get what you pay for. Luckily coupons seem to be readily available.

Really good! Definitely has a ‘healthy’ aspect to it, whole wheat crust, etc. Not sure if it’s actually much healthier than other pizza, but I still dig it :) Their sauce is goooooooood! Calzones are pretty good deal — something like $ 8 with 4 toppings & mozz.
They are FAST so you don’t need to wait to get your food!
Their cinnamon twists are quite delicious as well, if you’re feeling bad ;)

Ordered on Eat24, the delivery was late more than 30 mins, and the staff was very impatient and literally hanged up on me when I called. Worst order experience EVER! NEVER order again!

Tried to make an order but was hung up on twice. They obviously don’t need my business and will not be getting it!

I tried Naked Pizza for the first time last night after hearing much buzz about it, and it was delicious! I ordered a regular crust pizza with pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapenos– it was good all around, but the highlight was the perfectly roasted jalapenos. Usually if I order jalapenos on a pizza, they are the pickled, flavorless kind. Naked uses the real deal, and it made my pizza absolutely perfect. I ordered in the middle of a crazy thunderstorm, so it wasn’t surprising that delivery took a while, but when I called an hour and a half later to ask when I should expect the delivery, the person I spoke with offered to give me the pizza on the house. It wasn’t necessary given the thunderstorm, but it was a really nice gesture. Can’t wait to order from Naked Pizza again! :)

Hands down best pizza I’ve ever had. I should have a member card by now! Countless pizza deliveries. Always on time. The margarita pizza and pepperoni pizza are yummy!
The best is when you customize your order and substitute pesto sauce instead of normal tomato sauce, thin sliced tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella!
Expect coupons on coupons sent :)

I live by Naked Pizza and live for Naked Pizza. Their thin crust and toppings are as good as they can get. High Quality vegetables and all natural hormone free meats, and their crust dough is a pre-​biotic, multi grain mix. They claim their pizzas have less calories than the average pizza and blah blah blah. And yes I bet they are better/​healthier than your standard pizza place but they are just as good or even better tasting than the average pizza! But the fact that they have less calories doesnt matter because you can’t have just one slice, and you will probably end up eating the entire thing.
My favorite is the SONORAN! And did I mention that their grilled chicken wings are delicious as well??? The only bad thing is that I only want Naked Pizza when I am in the mood for takeout and they don’t deliver to D.C. But is worth the trip!

Ordered an ordinary pepperoni pizza, a salad and their cinnamon swirls. Received a follow up call saying they had no more lettuce. We opt to take the salad off the order.
2 hours later, still with no food in hand, we call to cancel order. Will never patronize again.

Great little pizza spot that makes you feel good about your decision to eat pizza! Came for lunch in a Friday and it was not busy at all, hopefully they stay in business! Got the $ 8 lunch special (2 toppings and a drink). The thin crust, sausage, and pepperoni tasted great. I was worried this ‘healthy’ pizza would not taste like normal pizza but it was good. It took about 10 minutes for the pizza to come out but it was plenty bug for 2 meals.
The place is a little hard to find from the mall/​pentagon city metro but google maps will get you there.
Also, seating is very limited so would not recommend to dine in with a part of more than 2.
