My Vapez

This was the first place I went to when I quit smoking cigarettes. They have a ton of premium flavors, and after visiting the other vape stores in the area (e.g., vaporfi), there was no comparison. If you aren’t going to order online, I definitely recommend my vapez. They are a little more expensive, but you get good service and products.

I visited this place based on others reviews and it was worth it. The guy who helped me (I didn’t catch his name) was very helpful to someone like me who doesn’t know a lot about vaping. They have a large selection of merchandise and a very relaxed atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

My favorite NoVA vape shop. They introduced me to some of my favorite e-​juices. They have sales around the holidays too plus a punch card system for frequent buyers. Only wish they had the samples in sub-​ohm tanks to truly taste flavors.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, but today was the last straw. They never seem pleased, always preoccupied and are often quite rude, things not commonly associated with a successful business. If you can locate the store and defeat the impossible parking lot you deserve an award, not a rude, borderline hostile staff.
It’s very difficult to find a reliable shop, that wont kill you with prices. While this store is decent for the price, the availability of stock is subpar at best (which is also noted in another review: recurring motif). I always leave feeling disrespected in some way, seeing as how this is not my profession or even my hobby, just a means of a more healthy life it’s unreasonable to expect me to know minute details. I don’t want to know about vapes, I should be able to walk in, get help and leave. I don’t want to feel trapped in a school lesson. I won’t be going back, the drive isn’t worth the experience anymore.

Love this place, juices are awesome and they don’t rip you off like every other place in the area.

You will easily find My Vapez if you don’t require GPS to find off the grid locations and are able to see through brick storefronts. Even my GPS was unable to deposit me at My Vapez; though I had read Unilocal reviews I still had to bang a series of u-​turns before spotting the obscured sign. I’d suggest putting the address for The Caribbean Grill into your GPS; My Vapez is behind that restaurant. Previous reviews regarding the parking lot are true: there are very few spots and it is steep… treacherous for a woman wearing funky, fabulous heels.
Despite having to scale down the parking lot, I was pleased to be greeted by two kind gentlemen that were genuinely glad to host me and introduce me to new flavors and brands. The rep was able to quickly recognize my predilection for dessert flavored juice and went about offering me ‘tastes’ in the same vain an experienced wine purveyor would. After choosing three juices that perfectly suited my palette I was ready to swipe and sign. BUT… the rep returned from the back to reveal that My Vapez only had one of the three in stock. I dismissed my disappointment as a normal retail gaffe.
I went back a few weeks later (July 2014) thinking that they would have restocked the juices I had hoped to buy during my first visit. I was so bummed that none of the juices I tried and liked were available. The representative was clearly embarrassed even admitting that whoever was responsible for ordering juices was making his job difficult.
When I recently had to travel unexpectedly and couldn’t wait on a shipment from the brand juice sites, I phoned My Vapez to ask if they had any of the 20-​some flavors in my mg. preference stocked. I was sad to hear my inner customer service umpire shout «Strike Three.» If I were at all confident their stock was reliable I would consider waiting for a spot and tying a rope to my bumper to safely make in down the parking lot just to enjoy the laid back atmosphere and the ‘happy to help’ clerks.

I’ve had generally good experiences here. The owner knows a great deal about the business. The selection of juices is good. If you’re a novice or you’re interested in vaping, I recommend this place as a good first stop.

I had never been to a vape store before, and really didn’t know what to expect. I really didn’t think it would be a positive experience. To my surprise it was a very pleasant experience. I was treated very well and given great service.
Parking is a little tight but I will put up with that in order to be given great customer service. I think I have found my spot!!! Thanks guys.

The Juice selection is outstanding and I have been all over looking for good quality good flavor juices. The staff is friendly very knowledge about not pushy. I am impressed by the service.

I was turned onto Myvapez about a year ago. I went in apprehensive, but the staff put that to rest. I have now been vaping for 2yrs. The staff is awesome, always helpful and the product quality is 110% every time. I have since moved up from the K101 to a Segelei 100w + Kayfun. I love it.

Very unpleasant shop to visit. Difficult parking lot. They only sell juice or battery kits, no rebuildable equipment or just basic batteries. Staff was frosty and seemed way more interested in Mortal Kombat rather than actually running a business.

So iv been going to my vapez for a few months now. The only nice thing is they do free builds other than that it’s kinda blah. Yes they do have a wide variety of juice but they never have it in stock so what’s the point! Ill go in try find a few I like an I’m be lucky if they have one of em in stock. Everytime that happens which is every time I go there they tell me it will be two weeks that they just place the order! Why not placing the order before u run out so u don’t run out! Also they have one flavor I love I get it from there all the time now thier telling me thier not gonna sell it any more cause not many people buy it an that I better buy it up, than they tell me if I don’t like it to just go somewhere else! Half the time thier more worried about playing thier PlayStation than anything else! The place is hard to find an Good luck finding parking! Im over this place!

Coming from out of town, I needed a quick vape stop to get my fix, I happened to Unilocal vape places in the proximity of my hotel. Boy was I disappointed. The parking lot is horrific! Good luck trying to squeeze in tiny little spot. When I arrived at my vapes there was 4 employees just lounging on the couch not helpful, the place is a mess compared to most vape places I been to on the west coast. And the prices is a rip off. But I settled for one decent juice which I barely tried, paid my dues n left. It was again a quick fix” will I return if I’m ever in the VA area? He’ll the f no.

First Time customer, I just recently ran out of my regular vape juice and decided to visited the My Vapez Arlington during my lunch break.
Great place, tasty vape juice, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been wanting to switch to a mechanical mod & RBA’s the staffer gave me great information.
I’ll be visiting there more often.

Very cool laid back crew, very helpful and the juice lineup was crazy. I will most definitely be visiting them again when I’m in the DMV area.
