McDonald’s

They take forever to give you your food and the outside of the place is always surrounded by hoodlums. It’s not even in a bad neighborhood I don’t know why… Anyways, the food is either a hit or miss whenever I go, it can either be decent or flat out nasty. The employees are alright for the most part.

Open 24 hours (drive through after hours.).
Standard fast food. Polite, quick service. Haven’t had a poor experience. The restaurant itself could use a touch-​up. Looks sort of run down… other than that, it’s consistent with other McDonald’s I’ve been to.
Always better to take your food to go rather than dine in. Sketchy customers sit and stare watching the world pass them by.

This McDonald is the worst I’ve ever visited. The customer service is the pits and they almost always seem to get my order wrong.

It’s no secret that I love McDonald’s, but I just can’t give this location five stars until they step up their fry game. The service has improved quite a bit over the past few months, the food is hot, the place is clean, but the fries are pale and soggy — not a good look (or taste)!
Come on, guys. Take a lesson from the Mickey D’s in the Ballston mall and get us those golden, crispy fries!

This McDonald’s is absolutely a DISGRACE to the name. I hope the GM reads these reviews. I worked at McDonald’s for 7 years during high school and college, and can tell you that these people are either not trained at all, or are doing the exact opposite of what they are trained to do. Yes, I know it’s a tough job. Yes, I know you deal with a lot of nasty and annoying people. Regardless, this is still your job and you need to do it correctly. NEVER am I greeted with a smile at the payment window, nor does the person even say «hello» or «thank you». Nothing. These are big No Nos. Pick-​up window: AGAIN, no greeting of any sort, no smile. Our order is always wrong. ALWAYS. Take into consideration the fact that I always make sure that the order is rung up properly before we pay. Somehow they still mess it up every.damn.time. You need a better order runner because that person sucks. And if it’s the asst. manager doing the running (as was usually the case in my store), then you need to fire your managers and get new ones. Then, I have to go through the process of letting them know there was a mistake, getting a major attitude, eye roll, no apology, no nothing. PLUS, food is often cold/​old. Chicken Nuggets are only supposed to be held for 60 minutes before they are thrown away. Fries are only good for 7 minutes. Stop overcooking during low volume hours. You should never mix old and new fries. These people are definitely not sticking to these guidelines, which exist for a reason. Get your shit together, guys. I have always been a loyal and kind customer to McDonald’s, but I don’t think I can ever bring myself to go to this location again even though I live right down the street.
P. S. one napkin per item, including drinks. One sauce for 4 – 6 nuggets, 2 sauces for 10 nuggets, 3 sauces for 20 nuggets. Honey cups are half the size so you should be giving double. That’s your lesson for today, McIdiots.

This location is always so dirty and understaffed. It’s located center of columbia pike and always expected to be busy but maybe because of payroll or whatnot, they appears to be always busy and not having enough staff.
McDonald’s food come out the same so I won’t say anything special about taste and quality of their food.

Went here once a few years ago and had a bad experience that kept me away. After standing in line for around 5 minutes during a busy lunch hour, I finally approached the young lady employee at the counter. As I was just about to place my order, she turned her back on me and began walking away. I said very gently…“Excuse me? Could I please place my order?” to which she curtly replied «I’m on my break now.» I understand the need for breaks, but she could have at least waited until her replacement showed up rather than walking away and ignoring the 5 people waiting in line. But hey, what do you expect? It’s McDonald’s!

I’ve had McD’s all over the world and I’ve never gotten sick from it. I hardly ever get sick and I can’t remember the last time I got food poisoning but this McD’s gave me the worst case of food poisoning. It was terrible, I had it for dinner and woke up at 5 am unable to sleep any longer, needless to say it wad an extremely unpleasant experience and it has put me off McDonalds and most fast food chains. I used to love chicken mcnuggets now I can’t bear to think of them. Beware!

I’ve visited this McDonald’s before and had ok service, but this morning will be my last time. I ordered two coffees, (no cream or sugar — easy right?), and all is fine until I get to the the 2^nd window. The lady handed them to me without closing the lids, so they spilled all over my hands and car. When I asked for napkins, she asks me if I just wanted two coffees and I said «No, I need napkins because you didn’t close the lids and they spilled on me.» She hands me 4 napkins and replies «Ok, thank you.» This same woman has never smiled at me whenever I’ve visited and I can’t understand for the life of me why she’s the one who hands the food to people all the time. Worst customer service ever!

I’m not sure what this particular McDonalds is doing different from other McDonalds, but it is the BEST McDonalds I have EVER been to. I’m not kidding, I have literally never had a bad experience here.
Remember when you were a child and you craved McDonalds, and the taste was always good? That is the way you feel when you eat here. This location is always spot on. The food is always good, the service is excellent, I only wish other McDonalds could follow by their example.
Whatever you guys are doing, please teach others, it would be nice to have a few more McDonalds like this one.

I think I go here way too often during late night of grad school. The drive through people sometimes dont speak englis that well and it shard to get your order right. This is also sketch kind of place, i never want to go insider ever. sketchy.

Drive through service is worst ever i had in Mcdonald. it was early morning and i ordered some breakfast and asked for hot water. because i was kind of lil sick but she told we don’t have it. i could have paid for that hot water. don’t have hot water in mc donald that is unbelievable. i could have talk with manager but was in lil bit rush.

This place is awful, every time I order from their drive-​thru they get my order wrong.
