Matlock Pharmacy has taken excellent care of me for the past four years. They fill my prescriptions on time, quickly, no annoying questions, and deliver for free. Before I switched to this pharmacy, I was annoyed by the «chain store» pharmacies and having several prescriptions all due for refills on different days. Matlock Pharmacy scheduled all of my prescriptions to be refilled at the same time which is a wonderful time savings. I love and highly recommend the personalized service.

Best pharmacy experience ever.
I was sent here by a specialist when I needed very specialized scripts IMMEDIATELY. For months I had been getting. The script filled at a normal chain pharmacy who would ask me all kinds of personal questions about why I needed it (that were none of their business and not necessary) then they would complain about it being special order and taking a long time blah blah!
Here– I simply walk in, give them the script, sit down. Within 15 minutes my script is always filled and I am on my way. No prying questions, not annoyed looks. Done and done! Everyone there is so professional, timely and educated!

I’ve picked up prescriptions here a few times. I like this place cause they’re affordable, but one thing that annoys me is that sometimes I’ll call and no one will answer and it’s during business hours. I’ll even leave a message and no one calls me back. Other than that, this place isn’t bad.

Worst pharmacy experience of my life!!! 24 hours after delivering prescription we get a call saying the delivery person had left for the day, they would deliver first thing in the mornings. 48 hours after delivering prescription (4pm) they call and say delivery persons not coming in today. They will put it in the mail and maybe I will have it Monday. 5 days after I took in the prescription!!! Caller was RUDE and went out of her way to NOT be helpful. If this is the kind of service you get how can I possibly trust that they will get me the correct medication. I wouldn’t send my dog in there!!! Better personal service at the chain pharmacies.
