Workmanship is excellent! Very happy with the full set of canvas(bimini top, camper top and cockpit cover) I purchased. Customer service is the only negative I can say about them. They are not very communicative. I used mostly email to converse with them. I really have no idea who I was hearing from as they never listed their name, and nearly all replies were a single sentence. The little bit I did speak to someone on the phone they had no real understanding of customer service or how to handle someone’s questions/concerns. If they fixed that I would give them 5 stars. If I need a new canvas top again… I will use Leta’s without a second thought.

Leta’s Top Shop does good work. The new boat cover received was near-top quality and was completed on schedule. The price was perfectly reasonable. If I were to provide some constructive feedback, however, it would be to hire a very personable individual to answer questions about the work that can be done, to schedule jobs, and to answer the phone/emails. I think this could help their business a lot because it could inspire a lot more confidence early on. I almost didn’t use Leta’s Top Shop at all because it was difficult to communicate with them. I sent a couple of emails with a list of questions to learn more, but they were responded to with one or two sentences that didn’t fully answer my questions and left me wondering about key details. The only reason I went for it is because the reviews on the Bayliner Owner’s Club website highly rated the quality of work. But my confidence was pretty shaky until I received the final product. It also would have been great if when I called someone could have glanced at a job sheet and matched my name to the work that was being done. Each time I had to describe who I was, which boat was mine, what work was being done, etc. Hope that’s helpful to someone!
