My favorite go to place for Peruvian food! The employees see me come in at least once a month. I always get their ceviche, potato salad, and beef hearts. Their grilled chicken is a really good option if you are looking for something healthy. It’s also the bomb. I recommend the dark meat.

Those that want to reduce your carbs fair warning stay away from this place! lol their food is delicious but most dish contain lots of potatoes, but nonetheless it was very tasty and filling. As you all know by now they are known for their grilled chicken which i must say did not disappoint it has a very distinct seasoning that penetrates well into the chicken meat(some chicken places the seasoning is only tasted on the top not really«in the meat») My family tried the Aji de Gallina, Chicharron, and Lomo Saltado which were impressive as well.(The menu is in English and gives great description of their entrees) Do yourself a favor and also try their chicha morada– a purple corn-pinapple and other flavoring drink that taste great– and Maracuya– south american passion fruit which is a little on the sweet side.

I think I found my favorite Peruvian restaurant. Not only is this restaurant closer to my home but the food was really delicious at a reasonable price. My husband and I started with a ceviche and it was very juicy and yummy. The yellow corn was a bit undercooked but we still ate it anyway. We also got a pitcher of chicha morada(purple corn drink) and it tasted great! Our dinner entrée was pollo a la brasa gourmet special which came with a house salad and 4 sides. Our sides included double order of yucca fries, chaufa rice, and Peruvian beans. Oh my, we had so much food and everything tasted delicious. The service was excellent, Mari our waitress was very friendly and served us well. We will definitely come back. It was the best Valentines Day dinner I ever had. Hungry satisfied. :)

Had lunch there and food was really good, portions were right, presentation was nice, very tasty and fair prices. The place looks nice and neat, great ambiance, the menu selection is great, desserts are yummy! The customer service side of the experience was very«Peruvian» that means no sense of urgency or anticipation of the customer needs. Waiter was kind but need lots of improvement in order to please customers. Bottom line, great food experience just give yourself time and go to the restaurant knowing you will have to wait !

I love love this cozy restaurant! I had home made Peruvian food which was so tasty– never had this type of food before. I had their rotisserie chicken and it was amazing! Prices were very reasonable and I would recommend it to anyone to try this place. Would be a great place for a meeting– they have an area that has two sofas that could be a private meeting with coffee or tea kind of on the side of the dining area. The service was awesome– very sweet people who cared about our dining experience. They also had great looking home made desserts which I didn’t try yet, but I may when I go back.

Pretty good pollo a la brasa for Tx… Nice quiet little place. Worth a try if you like pollo. The other items tried werent quite as good, but not bad by any means. Papa a la huancaina was a little runny… needs more queso and aji… only 4 slices of papa. Wont repeat that one. Lomo saltado wasnt bad. Would give it another try. The pollo was tender, juicy, and flavorful as it should be. Will repeat if im in the mood…

My fiancé and I came here for dinner. We usually go to Peruvian in Dallas but wanted to try something closer to home. When we walked in the entire staff was watching TV which is okay I guess. I mean there was no customers in the restaurant, but when we walked in no one greeted us. It was also hotter inside the restaurant then outside(about 90 degrees today) Finally my fiancé greeted them in Spanish(as he is Peruvian) and they told us we can sit where ever we wanted to. We both got lomo Saltado, which is our favorite Peruvian dish. A steak, tomato, onion stir fry over steak cut French fries served with rice. The food was okay. There was no flavoring on the rice and the steak hadn’t been marinated in the stir fry and held little flavor. The waitress only spoke Spanish to us, so I had no idea what she was saying the entire time. They had turned down the music when we came in so it was awkwardly quiet when we were there. The waitress had left us alone most of the dinner so like I said. Very quiet. Also be warned they do not serve alcohol at this restaurant. My fiancé and I both do not drink so it’s not a big deal to us, but might be a big deal to someone else.

Excellent food and excellent service. If you’ve never tried Peruvian food you should definitely try Las Brasas. Everything is fresh and made to order. Tried several items from the menu and all of them where great. You cannot leave without trying their Chicha Morada, a refreshing traditional Peruvian drink– think hibiscus tea but sweeter and earthier. PS if you’re looking for something light try their Taco Wonton, the name says it all, it may sound weird but it is the lightest taco you’ll ever have.
