Great hairstylist but they need a better online booking app. Also need to post their cancellation policy — not have it be a mystery till you cancel.

The owner, Jodi, is very friendly & professional & takes her business seriously. She is constantly furthering her knowledge by taking classes for new techniques & getting certified for more than just the basics. She is always up to speed with different product lines & I know I’ll get her honest opinion of them. It speaks volumes that a busy business owner takes the time to do that to provide the best services for her clients. I have been going to her for years & have recommended many friends to LaRouge. I’ve never personally gone to Shelby but have heard through other clients that she does amazing work as well, especially with color. Overall, prices are very fair & affordable. I’ve gotten full & partial highlights/​lowlights, all over color, hair cuts, and extensions from Jodi throughout the years. Whether you enjoy great conversation & some laughs while being pampered or prefer to quietly catch up on your magazines, Jodi provides both. Her work speaks for itself, if you want an appointment, call soon because she is usually booked about 2 weeks out. Her stylish salon is located in downtown Arlington but once you walk in, you’ll think you completely left the little farm town! Enjoy!

4. When my colleague was referred by someone, she spent much money for a terrible service. When she communicated with the salon, they did not even offer an apology let alone anything. Not good at all.
