I just wanted to take the time out of my busy day to tell you guys about KRB fitness. First of all the trainer, his name is Kelly Burke has been training for years in all the different types of fitness, weights, cross fit training and most important for me and all you others out there that want to lose weight and get in shape the dreaded cardio routines. Kelly will develop a plan just for you that’s designated to give you maximum results in order to reach your fitness goals. i went into this kind of embarresed that i had let myself get so out of shape, but Kelly made me feel comfortable with what we were working towards and that i could accomplish what i wanted to accomplish with hard work and dedication. i am a 46 year old man who wants to look my best at all times and with Kelly’s help I am starting to reach the goals that we’ve set up for me. Thanks Kelly for all you have done for my fitness efforts and all that you’ll do for me in the future. You are for sure the best trainer in DFW. Bill Bailey
