This is an honest update from my initial review on 01÷03÷16. I am writing this after I was released on 01÷22÷16. There were times when I felt my care was less than the standard during my stay. In fact, there was one time my call light went off for over an hour before my need was addressed. I did not feel that was acceptable. During the nighttime hours, «call» alarms were staying on for a long time as well before being answered. I am not sure if the alarms were not turned off after the patient’s needs were addressed or if the patient just hadn’t been attended to. The food also at the hospital needs to be taken up a notch. I am spent a lot of time in hospitals and I know hospital food can be good. On the other hand, the physical and occupational therapy I received at the hospital was very good. They PT/OT staff was able to get me to a level when I was able to be released.

I’m a current patient in the Outpatient Dept and I would like to commend Sayli and Cheryl! Cheryl always has a welcoming smile and she is very friendly to everyone that comes through the door. Sayli is my PT and she is absolutely wonderful! She knows her stuff and is very patient and is so compassionate about her work and all the patients! I recommend this clinic for all your rehab needs!
