I loved shopping here! So much to look through and can definitely find some gems. I will be back!

Super crowded here. Not with people, but items. Way too much stuff here to even look through. Also, trade in for cash is not a good deal at all. You can get more through selling at a garage sale or online. Store has lots of potential but needs to let go of some merchandise.

I love the fact that their clothes are sized, girl and boy shoes are separated, and they have a mixture of new and used toys. Selling clothes back and using that money to turn around and buy more items is always a plus! Kids are constantly growing out of their things and replacing them isnt always cheap. Their staff is great!

The store in itself is a very awesome concept. Especially when you have growing children that don’t stay in 2T forever. I have both bought and sold clothes here. My buying experience has been great. My selling experience… well not so much. The staff that handles taking and reviewing your items are flat out rude. No customer service, No facial expressions… nothing. I brought in a large tote of clothes and a second tote full of toys with a stroller to boot. They took my clothes, had me fill the paperwork out and looked over my stroller like it was a germ infested piece of plastic. The cashier opened it up and glanced over it, she told me it was too dusty to sell. I get its second hand, but I also bought that stroller from this exact location about 6 months ago and I think my son used it maybe a handful of times. Definitely not turn your nose up material. Needless to say I was a bit offended. I asked her– well do you wash the clothes you buy? She said no. I was a little taken back by it. I know we wash them before we sell them, I completely understand its second hand. I guess I just assumed they washed as a per caution before the kiddos tried them on. Apparently not. I still love second hand stores, I will most likely buy again, but definitely not selling. Id rather donate!

They had almost no customers in the store when I got there, and there was a thirty minute wait to sell something. There were several employees hanging out around the store. I really didn’t have anything to buy, so I watched as they avoided me. The interactions I overheard with several other customers were less than friendly. and they hardly give you any money for what they buy. I won’t be back.

The only thing missing from this place is that weird smell most thrift stores have. It’s very cramped, the staff is young and looks overworked(hard to get help), and the prices aren’t much lower than Wal-Mart or Target prices. Still, there are some good deals to be had if you have the time to rummage through the racks. Not sure about their uniform side of the store; not a lot of second-hand unis available so you have to pay full price.

I like the idea of reusing kids clothes since they outgrow them so fast, but I never find anything I like here. It all looks old and stained. Plus, their customer service is awful. Teenage girls with rude attitudes that are not friendly to children or helpful to customers. This was my third visit, but I won’t be back.

Very clean and organized. It felt like more of a boutique than a thrift store. Very cute feel to the place. You will have to go through things to find good buys. Some items are steals while the«new» stuff aka things with original tags fall at about Target pricing. Was able to find lots of cute items for my niece. Looks like they also sell uniforms too that you can find when you walk in to the right. They have a frequent buyer card too. Just wish they had a location in Houston. I would take my niece all the time.

Holy garage sale gone wrong! Can’t even move or breathe there’s so much stuff! On the flip side, if you have 4 hrs. you can find some awesome clothes and shoes. I couldn’t even try looking in toys. It was extremely overwhelming and mass chaos. I think people just come to let their kids play. Need more room!
