This business should be ashamed of itself. A couple weeks ago one of Keystone’s staff made a house call to an 83 year old man, who has spent thousands with this business over the years. The Keystone person spent less than 5 mins at this elderly man’s house and traveled less than 10 minutes to his house.
The bill for less than 15 mins. is $ 160. In essence, Keystone charge this elderly an effective hourly rate of $ 560/​hr. They know that he will not protest this outrageous charge.
This business needs to learn respect for its customers as well as develop an ethical base. Hard to believe!
