I just moved into one of their units. I was charged $ 125/week. I was also charged an extra $ 20 for a TV I will never use. I asked them to remove the TV, the manager refused. A $ 50 deposit was added which I thought was reasonable. The shower was not clean. The bed was made but it didn’t look clean. There is a facility for the washer/dryer on the premises so that is a good thing.

This is a great place to stay on a short-term basis if you don’t mind living in a very small room. Mine had a kitchenette and was clean, and the rent was only $ 100/week(I think it’s now $ 125/week). Unless they’ve changed their policy, there is a modest deposit of $ 20 and you can pay the rent weekly. It’s run by a couple: the woman is very nice but her husband can be a jerk. Laundry facilities on-site. Phones are not included in the room but you can have one installed if you like.
