Do not go here.
I had shoes altered and they used a different color material and when I asked them why all they could tell me Was that they didn’t have it in supply.
I asked why they didn’t call me if they didn’t have the marching color and they said they don’t do that.
I paid $ 198.00 and now have to find someone else to fix their work.
They would no re do their work.

While the alterations done in this shop are generally fine, my complaint is about the shop owners hours. Should you decide to do business with them, always make sure you call ahead to see if they are open. They are frequently closed during posted «open» hours. And on more than one occasion I’ve shown up even after checking to see if they are open only to find them closed once I arrived. This is monumentally frustrating and very unprofessional.
