Lived here for 4 months and the two story apartments are pretty bad with the central heating and cooling. The upstairs is always hot even if your downstairs is cold. The old washer and dryers are terrible and small. The dryer pushes more heat out into the apartment than actually drying the clothes. Some loads would take 3 times to even dry properly. Those are included with the apartment.
They recently painted the apartments and they look pretty old still. The staff was not helpful when it came to being on the same page. They had new people that did not know what they were doing or how to check your apt account.
They were helpful when it came to breaking the lease early.
Their pet policy is pretty good. They do have pet locations where they provide doggie bags. They do not check when people just let their dogs roam around the complex however. There were multiple times when a lady left her dog out and it would roam around but still linger by her apt. They need to check for that.

Great apartment! Our unit was recently remodeled before we moved in and has beautiful cabinets, paint job, and hardware with ceiling fans in every room and a balcony overlooking Richard Greene Park, the stadiums and Six Flags. Staff are always friendly and helpful and service requests usually get resolved in a very fast manner, usually within the hour. In-​unit included washer/​dryer is a big plus and on site landscaping, walking paths, water features, dog park, and swimming pool are very picturesque. Traffic can get crazy on game day, but roads are always open to the entrance, and if you go to the games, your front door is closer than some parking lots. Best of all I love how diverse the residents are. Young professionals, college students, retired folks, and families make great neighbors. I’ve lived here a year and love it so far.

The apartments are old and have not been updated since the 80’s. The rent is very high for what you get and the staff sucks. I’ve lived here for two years and still have not gotten work request that I have put in for completed. The kitchen light doesn’t always turn on, you have to fiddle with the switch until it does and The kitchen sink makes a horribly loud noise when it’s turned on. The walls are paper thin and the windows seem to pick up and amplify outside noises.
The traffic in the area is nearly impossible whenever an event is going on and recently the crime in the area seems to have spiked. My car has had a few break in attempts in the parking lot.
Don’t fall for the «gated community» advertising because the gates are broken and left open far more often than they work. The security at the front is basically useless because they let anyone inside after hours.
My advise is to look elsewhere for living because this place will only succeed in letting you down and raising your blood pressure.
