This location is great. The team that work here take time to get to know their customers. Most mornings my coffee is waiting for me by the time I get to the counter. I prefer Dunkin Donuts coffee to others and having this location just two blocks away has been a great addition to the neighborhood.

Entirely incompetent. Took order incorrectly and didn’t even bother to fix it. Go here only if you want to waste your entire morning.

The people are very nice. The place is busy but they do a good job moving people along. I got a dozen donuts, box of joe, and munchkins. Pretty good service. Parking is limited The manager is pretty cute good in jeans.

Unlike other Dunkin Donuts that I’ve been to around the area, the employees here are the best! They always have a smile on their face and are very friendly no matter how complicated you make the order. In fact, after you get your drink they always make sure it tastes right for us. It’s the only DD I go to now.

The cashier did not pay attention when I was making multiple orders, laughing with her co-workers. The hot chocolate tasted horrible !

This is one of the better DD locations in the DC area. Service is always fast and friendly. Even during the Friday morning rush(apparently that’s a thing for DD), staff are always on-top of their game and get customers in and out quickly.

Disclaimer: I am from NY and LOVE my dunkin. That being said, this is the worst store I have ever been to. It always smells bad, the staff is rude, and you can’t park there. I have seen cars get towed at all hours! Two stars because I still love Dunkin, but have been going to other locations.

Both times I have visited this DD the staff members have been friendly and the service has been fast. And by fast I mean the order was taken within 10 seconds of my entrance into the store. I had my iced coffee in my hand within 90 seconds. The drink was delicious and did not have too much ice. In fact, the drink convinced me to go back a second time, even though I normally only buy donuts. As expected, the donuts were as good as those I’ve purchased at any other DD. I’ll be going back again for more coffee and donuts during my time in Arlington. Thanks DD!

I’m a HUGE Dunkin Donuts fan, but this location is awful. When I entered the store, there were five people in line with one register open. At a typical DD(like the excellent location next to Costco in Pentagon City), my order would have been placed in less than three minutes, and I likely would’ve been out of the store in no more than five minutes. But here? I spent close to ten minutes waiting in line, and only TWO customers were taken care of. With three other customers ahead of me(and another 10 – 15 minute wait), I cut my losses and walked to Brooklyn Bagel, which is a much busier store, but which managed to get me out the door in about three minutes, tops! Dunkin Donuts is an excellent company, but I have no reason to visit this location again. It is beyond my comprehension why it would take someone five minutes to ring up an order for two coffees and a half-dozen donuts.

Do you ever love a chain and then hate a particular location? That’s how I feel about this dunkin. Most of the workers here are mean if not plain rude. If you order an iced coffee, expect mostly ice. I recently learned that medium iced coffees were on sale for 99 cents this month. I found out when they were ringing mine up. I said to the woman, «oh I didn’t realize the coffee was on sale. Where is your sign?» she replied in a snarky tone, «It’s on the radio and the website.» That summarizes my feelings on this dunkin. They are opening a new location in Ballston. I hope it’s better.

I have been to this place over a dozen times and have always had a pleasurable experience. I do not eat donuts, but their coffee has always been consistent and their sandwiches always fresh. The reason this place doesn’t get five stars in the parking situation. They have a small lot right in front of the store with signs indicating the spaces are for the dry cleaners or other adjoining business. YOURCARWILLGETTOWEDIFYOUTRYTORUNINANDGRAB A QUICKORDER! I have seen this happen several times, even when the other businesses are closed and the parking spaces obviously aren’t being used. This really isn’t Dunkin’s fault, but still an issue either way. Other than that, a solid shop.

Excited that there is a Dunkin Donuts in the area dominated by Starbucks. Dunkin Donuts provides yummy coffee and donuts at more afforable rates. Last month, their lattes were on sale for $ 1.99, this month ice coffee is on sale for 99 cents. I stopped in yesterday craving a Dunkaccino. I waited for a bit for a cashier to come and service was a bit slow considering it was sunday afternoon but I NEEDED my caffeine fix so here I wait panting so that America runs on DD. I’d visit again.

I’m surprised to see the negative reviews on this DD. I’ve come there quite a few times for breakfast and they are very friendly and speedy there. I haven’t had any problems with their breakfast sandwiches or their coffee. I will say that their donuts are hit or miss but I do like going there. I would recommend it here, it does get packed in the mornings but when it’s slow, they are very quick to serve customers.

Brand new DD in Arlington… sorta. It’s been open for a few months now, but it’s much needed by the orange line. The closest one before was on Lee Highway… a little farther out from the main strip. I’ll take it. Anyway, I’m not really sure why all the bad reviews, but I’ve been here 2 – 3 times and I’ve had nothing but a pleasurable experience. Quick, super super clean, and easy location. The only thing that blows is the parking — DONOTPARKINTHEPARKINGLOT!!! Those spots are designated for the dry cleaners next door. And I always see the towing company either nearby, scouting you until you park, or just doing casual drive-bys. You don’t want your $ 2 cup of coffee turning into a $ 202 cup.

I recently went to this location to get a coffee at 8:46pm. Even though the store didn’t close until 9:00pm the employees had already closed down the register and refused to get me a coffee. I found this to be completely outrageous. This location has repeatedly had poor customer service, slow service, and my order has been wrong at least half of the time I’ve been there. Refusing my business was the last straw, and I will no longer to using this location. I did drive to the DD in Cherrydale who also closed at 9:00pm. At 8:50 they were still open and serving customers.

I would have given this location 5 stars if it weren’t for the parking situation. For peace of mind, I would consider a different location where you don’t have to worry about getting towed. The main issue is that the parking lot is small and has 3 spots designated for the dry cleaners next door. The rest of the spots are left unmarked so people naturally assume that it’s ok to park there. Advanced Towing hides behind the dumpster, waits for people to park and watches to see which door they enter. If they happen to go into the Dunkin Donuts, they get towed immediately. In the fifteen minutes I was there, I watched Advanced Towing attempt to tow TWO cars after mine. The problem is that the parking situation isn’t clearly marked. It’s so bad, it’s to the point that even the dry cleaning customers were running out with Dunkin Donuts customers to see if their cars were in violation. Noone seems to have a clue what’s going on. The only people this benefits is the towing company as they are more than happy to sit and wait for unsuspecting customers to leave their cars while they swoop in for a quick«drop fee». When I complained to the tower that there was no sign saying I couldn’t park there, and the spots appeared to be free for a customer of either establishment, he bluntly told me there didn’t need to be a sign. Dunkin Donuts doesn’t have any spots in the lot and it’s as simple as that. Why they don’t have any spots is beyond me. The least they could do is post a sign right on their door informing their customers that they cannot use the parking lot. I don’t know about you, but whether you’re going for dry cleaners or donuts, who needs this headache. Avoid this spot.

I’d give this place a negative rating if I could. Do not waste your time or money here. Terribly slow service and constant order mistakes are as common as flights taking off at National. Being a native New Englander(we all love our DD), I was stoked when DD came to the neighborhood earlier this year. After several visits hoping for a better experience than the last, I’ve ultimately decided to give up on this location. It’s unfortunate, given my love for DD iced coffee and this location’s close proximity to my apartment. Five months after opening, the same employees still act like its their first day on the job. Even if there are two customers in the store, expect to wait at least 10 minutes for your coffee to be made. If I stop before work, I actually leave fifteen minutes early — expecting to wait, and it’s not because they’re busy. There is no organization whatsoever, with the person at the counter regularly getting donuts or making coffee while other employees stand and do nothing. Of the 20 or so coffees I’ve gotten at this place, 15 have tasted«off» or were made incorrectly. I’ve also witnessed other customers express frustration after receiving a wrong order. Others have walked out because it takes so damn long to order. DD’s corporate HQ would be ashamed if they visited this location. Ultimately, it’s the franchise owner’s fault for hiring poor employees and/or not training them properly. It’s too bad because this place should be as successful as Starbucks. Oh well, the well-managed DD in Vienna near my office will have to satisfy my iced coffee addiction. Stay away!

Best coffee ever! This place has improved a lot since it first opened. The staff are generally very nice but seem disinterested at times.

Their donuts are always stale. Their coffee doesn’t taste like coffee. Would rather walk across the street and grab a donut from Starbucks. Do not recommend at all.
