I’ve used Direct Source twice and both times Wes has been courteous, solved the problem quickly, answered my questions thoroughly and I honestly feel the price has been fair.
My ONLY point of unease is that, both times, it’s suggested I do or buy something else that would ensure immediate future business. I know every business has to make money but I never know what REALLY has to be done and what is superficial.
Regardless, it was a good overall experience both times.

We called at 7:00 at night because our sink was clogged from potato peelings. Wes was here in 30 minutes and gone in an hour. Super polite and professional.
