Horrible customer service! You can’t ever speak to the doctors office because they make you call a main number. They transfer you to a voicemail but it’s near impossible to speak with someone. I found out my provider left the practice when I called in for a refill of a prescription I’ve been on for years. I scheduled an appt w the next available provider but they couldn’t see me for almost 4 weeks. I was told after several phone calls that Dr. Mullanax was overseeing my former providers’ patients and he would be able to refill the Rx until they could see me. I was really trying to get this filled because as soon as I stop taking it, my skin breaks out horribly. The refused to refill until they saw me. I was frustrated because I was told something different and now it would be weeks before I could get filled. I took my business elsewhere, cancelled the appointment I had and nobody really seemed to care. I was just a number. They don’t care about their patients. It’s crazy that you can’t even call the doctors office, you have to speak with a call center. Overall, awful!
