Darcy was very knowledgeable and responsive to anything that I needed throughout my home buying process. She walked me through all of the transactions and explained anything that I did not understand. As a first time home buyer, I did not know much about the process, but she promised that if I trusted her, she would take care of me, and she did! She kept me calm throughout the entire process and made sure that I was okay with every detail of the transaction. She was willing to meet up anytime to view houses and made me feel very comfortable during viewings. She was honest, straightforward, down to earth, and easy to talk to. Additionally, she was able to provide resources to me that would have otherwise been unavailable after closing on the house. I really appreciated her patience and expertise throughout the entire process and highly recommend Darcy as a representative.

Darcy came highly recommended by a coworker. We used her services to help us first find a great Northern VA neighborhood and then the right house. We had a long list of requirements and she found the house that met every one of them.
When problems were discovered with the home inspection, she helped deal with each one, BUT was willing work with us to cancel the deal and start a new home search afresh if needed.
Darcy was also able to establish a great relationship with my family and understand their needs and desires.

Darcy was such a huge help in buying my home. I wasn’t entirely sure what I was looking for when I started, I wasn’t even sure I was serious. But as we looked at homes she was able to understand what I was looking for, perhaps better than I did! She set up a search for me that included an option that I never would have on a search and sure enough, that is how we found my new home! I have no intentions of ever using any other real estate agent than Darcy as ling as I am in the DC metro area. She understands the process and is incredibly responsive. She goes the extra mile and puts in the time needed to make sure you find the home that is perfect for you. She even helped me decide on a mortgage company with whom I also ended up having a wonderful experience. I could not be happier to have worked with Darcy and recommend her to all of my friends, many of which have gone on to work with her too!
