Never, ever, ever go to this place. The service is below average and the management seems incompetent. Although the décor is nice, don’t waste your time or money. Go the hookah place across the street for MUCH better service, better hookah, better food, and better music (at the expense of less desirable décor).
My friend and I visited on a Saturday night and attempted to order drinks, food and hookah. First of all, like I mentioned, the décor was nice but the music was AWFUL. They played semi-​loud music that stopped periodically for no apparent reason in the middle of the song. Another song did begin for at least 30 – 45 seconds. It really killed the vibe of the place.
They did not have a real bartender, so when I ordered a margarita the waitress told us that she did not know how to make it. (and that she was going to be the one making the drinks) I said okay and attempted to order a drink from the menu. She then informed me that they did not have any ginger ale, so she could not make that drink either. I then had to choose another drink (long island iced tea), which she said she could make and had all the ingredients.
Next, we attempted to order the hookah. We chose blue mist (I think) with a pineapple from the menu. The waitress then told us that they had no pineapples that night (Saturday night??) and that they did not have that flavor available. We then had to order a regular hookah and a different flavor from the menu.
Then we ordered food from the menu. We had no trouble ordering the food at all and it tasted pretty good. A different waitress brought our food to the table and she seemed both more competent and polite than our other waitress.
Finally, when we attempted to pay, my friend gave the waitress his credit card and ID (to verify his identity). The waitress did not get our bill right, so she attempted to fix it but appeared to have trouble at the register behind the bar. The manager walked over to her and appeared to help. However, he then walked over to our table and asked my friend if he wanted to «split» the bill between the two «cards». My friend said no and told the manager that one was a credit card and one was an ID. The manager nodded and walked back over to help the waitress at the register at the bar. They eventually got our bill right but it took quite a bit of time.

I came in on Sunday night and had a great time, I used to go across the street but I love this place, my new spot. The hookah was great, never had to ask for charcoal. our server sucked however, the owner was bringing our drinks and as I appreciate that, the tip clearly goes to the server who hardly lifted a finger… I had some tibs I believe that was the name. Very soft and tender and flavorful with just enough spices, will be coming more often

This place is really nice. The atmosphere is mature, urban, and chic. The owner, Omari (hope i spelled that right) was personable. The staff was professional and in sync. Hookah and drinks were of great quality and price. I will definitely be going here on a regular.

Elegant, comfortable! It’s a nice place to smoke hookah, chill and enjoy the night! Also Affordable. It’s not a place to turnup, nor was it made to be. There is no dancing, no space. Just nice sofa chairs, to relax and enjoy smoking and meals with friends.

Still getting their act together. Friendly, but slow and disorganized. Food, drinks, shisha. Nice, large patio area out front with tables and sofas. Parking, but it is way around in back and difficult.

This is a Great Place! by far the best in crystal city. I highly recommend it
