Cookies by Design

End of day and still waiting for delivery on my order. Apparently there is no reporting on deliveries even though twice today the office has assured us it would be delivered today. Ordered 4 days ago. After driving back to the office, Order was located at the front desk even though we never received the promised call from William to confirm delivery.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT. We needed a bouquet done quickly with a custom logo and were so happy with the customer service — beginning to end! The final product exceeded our expectations and we will be ordering from them again in the near future. The cookies looked great, tasted great and went over very well at our gathering. AWESOME JOB ALL THE WAY AROUND! THANK YOU!

Ordered a «thank you» delivery last night for my mom and she received them by noon today! I was worried she wouldn’t be home-​so I called and spoke with Ashley and the delivery was there an hour later! Clay even called to advise me he just dropped off the package. Thanks so much for your hard work and dedication! My mom loved the presentation! Will definitely use this service in the future

The cookies were cute and delivered on time, however, the customer service was terrible. I have never written a review… good nor bad but their customer service really made me mad. When I pay $ 60 for 5 cookies, i expect nice and willing employees who are willing to take initiative, at the very least. Ashley was rude when I placed my order and not personable at all. Debbie seemed put out when I wanted her to deliver my friends cookies to her apt and not at the front desk.

Not only do the cookies taste amazing they are adorable! The service is always amazing and they go out of their way to accommodate delivery times even when I’ve ordered last minute. These treats are the best gift and are always a hit even with my pickiest of friends and family. I highly recommend these amazing bouquets for family holiday functions… trust me you’ll be the favorite if you show up with a bouquet of delectable cookies. Once you taste one of these cute cookies you’ll be hooked! Thank you Debby and you’re amazing husband for always delivering such wonderful treats!

I saw the review below by Marc but decided to give them a try since I wanted to get my husband something special for Valentine’s Day.
Before we get to the bad, the delivery driver was very nice and the peanut butter cookie was delicious. The other cookies weren’t too shabby either.
Now for the bad. I ordered the 2 decorated cookie + the 2 dozen cookies tray (boutray). They only delivered 1 dozen. I called them up right away and they said they could redeliver it the next day. I told them I didn’t want to trouble them to just drive out for another 12 cookies so I asked if I could get a refund. The difference for the extra dozen was $ 11.90, (an extra $ 14 for the dozen minus the 15% discount that I used.) Debbie, who had helped me said sure she can. Days go by and I did not see anything credited to my account. Since I work, I could only call and leave her messages after hours. After she got my message she refunded me only $ 7.00. I left her another message asking to why I only got $ 7.00 and she said it was due to my discount. That’s a 50% discount! I called her back once again and explained to her what I should have been credited, and she has not responded nor has she credited me the correct amount. I know it’s not an insane amount of money. But for some, it is something.
The customer service at this place is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Please save the headache and use another company!
