Had a patty melt this morning and it was of really good quality! The patty was super thick & cost $ 15. My husband got buffet and it was seemingly good just too darn expensive &18! I had my two kids and I could not even afford to bring them down for breakfast! All in all the food was good was but not affordable for a family! That’s why I gave 3 stars! Btw we got them food from the mall :-)!

I am staying at the holiday inn. I looked up Unilocal to see what the Unilocalers thought of the restaurant on the 17^th floor. It had too many mixed reviews of both extremes and made it confusing. So I walked up there to check it out for myself and felt a bad vibe.
So I tried Conextions at the Marriott which was only a couple football fields away. It was fairly busy on this Monday night. It’s the middle of May so we’re not talking Monday night football… We’re talking NBA playoffs and baseball. (unfortunately no hockey tonight)
I sat at the bar. I ordered the chicken tenders and a side salad with the house vinaigrette. The guy beside me who was chatting with me ordered the jerk chicken sandwich. We were both impressed with our meals. There are some pretty expensive items on the menu but I kept it simple tonight. My chicken tender’s batter was more like fish and chips batter and it was delicious. It came with two side dips… Mustard dip and a barbecue dip. Cut off a piece of chicken, then dip in the mustard, and then dip it in the barbecue… Delicious. I should mention that the service at the bar was good. Attentive with orders and the food came out relatively quickly.
Drinks are expensive there. I ordered a jack and Coke and was happy to get a generous pour. But nine dollars is a little much. They obviously cater to the business travelers in the area. My beer was seven dollars. Beer should only ever be seven dollars if were in the middle of a prohibition and I’m in an underground basement… Or at a hockey game Arena in Canada.
Not much for restaurants in the area if you don’t have a car and need to walk to get some place. I would definitely come back here and try something else. Well done!

Heavily disappointed with the menu and prices. Would have been better off stopping at mcdonalds. A basic cheeseburger shouldn’t cost 15 bucks… only recommended if you’re some kind of bougie DC tool bag who can just afford to blow money
And the burger itself was lukewarn. The lettuce was cheap and white. And the pickle was pretty low-​grade. Avoid at all costs.

More than just a typical hotel bar/​resto… Good selection of wines and beers served by staff that know their craft. Food is surprisingly good and over 3 days tasted their fillet mignon twice, burger, Caesar salad and vegetable soup… The veggie soup was average but all others were very good.

Marriott hotel bar/​lounge. It is what is is. Staff is pretty good, friendly and helpful. Food is as expected. I only drank beer, but noticed the bar staff having some pretty good pours on mixed drinks. Any port in a storm.

Lounge inside the Marriott. It was too cold to go out so i decided to give this place a try since I was stI got the burger and fries. Fries were soggy. The burger was ok. The staff is very friendly but needs more training on ettiquette and being prompt with orders and requests.

Have stayed in numerous hotels over the years and eaten at many a hotel restaurant… Gotta say this one is nothing special. the décor is nice, but the grilled chicken sandwich I had for $ 15.00 was dry and tasteless. Mixed drinks are WAY overpriced as well. Only eat here if you are in a hurry since Arlington has so many better and less expensive options. Service was also unremarkable. not bad, just not great

A very cute lounge inside the Marriott. They are open late and the drinks are pretty decently priced. I hung out there during the weekdays each night and it was a pretty chill atmosphere. They serve food and have lots of seating area. Although it may be inside a hotel, I think its a great alternative to DC. They also open late and when they stop serving drinks/​close, they dont kick you out, you are more than welcome to sit back and relax.

Over-​priced food and drinks… but it’s in the Marriott and it’s convenient if you’re staying there. I came here instead of going out in the cold. It’s great to be able to expense your meals on business trips :) The waiters/​bartenders are nice and my food came out in a timely manner.
Margherita flatbread — pretty simple dish, did the job of filling me up
Mumm Napa sparkling wine — I went with what I was familiar with; I visited Mumm and loved their sparkling wines!

A bar and restaurant inside the Mariot. Has some really good food including salmon dinner, bean burger, prime rib. All excellent. Has been great to watch games on the big screens while sitting at the bar. Very mellow.
