This cleaners suffers in not offering customer service. The guy with the tattoo on his right leg is pretty responsive, but the lady will leave u waiting at the humid counter until she gets ready to attend to u? When I held my hand out for my credit card she slapped it down on the table. Then at the end if the transaction she had the nerve to huff? I’m taking my dry cleaning back down to Pantego.

Terrible! Took linen tablecloth here and put away for holidays. When I opened bag, there were large scorch marks and holes. Most recently, my son took some custom shirts in and the label on one was melted into the fabric. They offered a $ 10 store credit for an $ 85 shirt and I had paid for laundry when picking up. Poor service and very poor customer service!

I have no idea how many times I’ve used the Comet Cleaners & Laundry in the past. I’ll take a wild guess and say maybe 50 – almost always to get a suit cleaned before some work function or attending a wedding. Though there are certainly times where I’ve just taken clothes that I wear to work because I was too damned lazy to be bothered to wash and iron at home. In any case, in all those times visiting I’ve only had 2 complaints. Once I got a shirt back missing a button that was most certainly there when I took it in. I’m not an expert on the whole dry cleaning game and what one should expect – so I assume these things happen from time to time. The other one happened to be a case where I absolutely needed a suit cleaned, took it in, went to pick it up… and they’d lost the pants. They did find them – though it was the next day. Which happened to be the day after I needed the suit. In this case, one could argue I should have been more proactive and anticipated there might be a problem and not waited until the last minute to go to the dry cleaner. But me being lazy does not give them an excuse to make a mistake. Again, though, I’m no expert in dry cleaning. If I’m too believe Curb Your Enthusiasm(and why wouldn’t I?), then there are rules associated with dry cleaners and you have to expect the occasional screw up. In any case, i still go there. That was 3 years ago. It hasn’t happened again. And it’s close and the price seems fair. If you go on Tues or Thurs there’s a discount – 30%, I think. Which is cool.
