NO. Worst customer service on the finishing and cashiers end. Not the girls scooping the ice cream. So i ordered a chocolate dip cone. i already paid before they served me. First they gave it to me in a cup. so i corrected them that i got a chocolate cone. so they charged me for a cone becausee they had charge me for just a scoop/​no cone. So again i tell them i got a chocolate dipped cone. they took the cup back and put it in a CONE. SO I HAD TO CORRECT THEM AGAIN. they finally give me a chocolate dipped. cone and while im standing there, the cashier ASKS ME «DO YOU MIND «paying the extra $ 0.30 or whatever extra charge it was for a chocolate dipped cone. DO I MIND? so i just went ahead went to the counter and gave her my credit card and she took it. She actually charged my account after she messed up 3X.

Best dessert I have ever had! My wife and I tried the Brownie la cold stone. It was perfect! I will be back ASAP! Plus it stays open late! The perfect place to eat ice cream after a date!

I was rather disappointed in this cold stone. I got Buttered Pecan with strawberries. The Buttered PECAN had no pecan which I wasn’t told, and would have been happy to pay for the mix in. The strawberries was gross strawberry purée, I had no choice of fresh ones. Then once I had my ice cream most of it was already melted! So instead of receiving my full regular size of ice cream it was as if I received a small. Disappointing ice cream.

Good service and good ice cream flavor-​s! I’m not a big fan of Ice cream, but their ice cream gives me a good sugar high so I guess it’s not that bad!
Their service is everything. Staffs are so friendly and knowledgeable about what they doing.

First of all, this place is always a treat. I’ve eaten at this place for years and love it. The crazy stuff you can put in a cone is great. The service is usually fast and friendly, the décor is welcoming, and creating a new treat is fun.
However, I took away a star because prices went up, and they don’t appear to serve the chocolate frozen yogurt anymore. But, I’d still take the girlfriend and family.

I’ve been here a few times, but I always forget to write a review about it. However, this location needs to be known!
For those of you who have never been to a Cold Stone, it’s an ice cream store that allows you to customize your own bowl of ice cream. You choose your ice cream flavor (and there’s like 20 of them), then you choose what kind of toppings you want (any kind of candy, nuts, or bars you can imagine). These toppings are hand mixed into your ice cream on a marble counter.
There’s also a full menu of different ice cream recipes that you can choose from if you’re not creating your own. I personally love the Birthday Cake Remix. I get it every time I go! It’s birthday cake ice cream, melted brownie, fudge, and topped with rainbow sprinkles. My mouth waters when I think about it.
I’ve never had a bad experience at this location, but I have to stress the last visit that I had here. I came here last week after dinner with my boyfriend and employees were amazing! Such a fun crew who were lighthearted and made every customer feel welcomed. There was also a new girl that was training, and the other employees walked her through everything and made her feel like she was part of the team.
This is what good customer service is. When the manager isn’t around, and the employees are still trying their best and are teaching the trainees the right way to work things around the store. They even did tricks for us by throwing your scoop of ice cream in the air and catching it on the other side of the store in your bowl. I also saw them throw mixed ice cream (toppings, cup, spoon, and all) across the room and had another employee catch it and hand it to a young girl.
It was definitely an environment that I would recommend to anyone. It was so prevalent that the staff were enjoying their jobs, and all the customers I saw were having fun. In addition to this, their ice cream is awesome!

Favorite Cold Stones in this area. Super friendly staff. I always order the Mud Pie Mojo with no peanut butter add caramel, its so good. This place is always crowded, so there is a small wait. They also open later that most ice cream shops which is great for late night cravings or after a movie.

Best ice cream I have had in a long time! The workers are really entertaining too… They throw the ice cream across the store and catch it yo mix it up! It was exactly what I ordered. Perfect proportions and A LOT of options!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. These people are rude and have no concept of common courtesy or customer service. We will NEVER step foot into a Cold Stone again, any ice cream place is better than this. $ 5 for a small ice cream should come with a little more than the bad attitudes of the employees and manager here.

my favorite is Caramel Banana Crunch, not so sweet cuz of fresh banana, gotta have it is my size :) that’s how I roll is also very tasty.
the area is clean and nice, lots of shopping and dining options. Cold stone is located couple stores away from starbuck, which is a good choice for whoever don’t like ice cream in the group :)

Truly amazing ice cream! Not that pretentious frozen yogurt stuff… the guilt-​inducing, calorie filled, mix-​in laden real thing… Decide if you want it in a cup, waffle cone, or liquified into milkshakey goodness, and indulge!
