Cici’s Pizza

Came here for a late dinner and had a okay experience. Our order center out to total 22.00 for two adults and a 2 year old. I ordered a 5 piece wings. Half hot and then bbq. Took a little while and she forgot to split. Too bad they were all spicy because I needed the other kind for my daughter. She immediately offered to remake the others. Long story short I didn’t get the wings until it was time to go but, she dis give me 5 more wings to replace the problem. The girl was very nice and apologetic (she apologized more than 4 times) I love great customer service!!! I did feel a bit rushed at the end when I wanted to give my child a little time in the play room. The cleaning lady just wanted everyone out of there. The Pisa was just like any other cici’s. All was hot and fresh although it was a small variety due to time. They had no problem making anything you requested. Would not take a large crowd because the majority of the booths were SEATLESS! I mean like atleast 9 tables! That was a little uneasy to me having two children under two. Also just about all the games are broke! Not working or have the lights on but just takes your money. I only came here to get our kiddos out of the house for a little and really wish I would have went up the street to Mc Donalds and let them play there. Totally a bummer for its main attraction. We completely miss dessert it was no getting anymore (we waited). The restrooms had just gotten clean but one big downside was there was no changing table: /​The cleaning lady just drenched the high chairs with a bucket of water so had to use a lot of paper towels to dry it. Because the safety harness was still wet it ruined his outfit. Over this cici’s had good customer service, okay food and a terrible environment. Been to way better ones before. I probably won’t be back unless it’s to go.

Zero stars… I took my son and nephew to this establishment to enjoy dinner with their basketball team. Well since we were waiting on the rest of the team to arrive, we hadn’t yet paid. Well as the rest of the team walked through the door, the manager approached me as if I was trying to steal pizza… Really??? I didn’t have a plate in front of me or anything. Just enjoying conversation with the boys. I told him I was waiting on the team but if he felt I was stealing he should call the cops. He then requested I leave… Since it for the boys we stayed but I’ll never come back.

I remember way back when, when Cici’s was only 2.99, but now it seems the price has gone up and not for any good reason either.
They used to have a lot of different types of specialty pizzas and desserts but this location seemed to have only one type of pizza, your typical pepperoni pizza. There were ten pizzas out and each one was a variation of the peperoni pizza. Just not much variety at all. There were only two desserts, cinnamon roll and hard brownie.
One nice thing I will say is that you can order your own pizza with as many toppings as you want and that’s basically all me and my friend were eating. Nothing else was good.
Save your money and spend a little extra to get a little more variety. Oh how I miss Cici’s of the old *sigh*

I normally go to this Cici’s location than the one more north on Cooper because of the area and cleanliness of the establishment and surrounding stores. The food here is good for a Cici’s and this location attracts a good amount of school club kids. The staff is usually quick when making their rounds and picking up used plates and clearing tables as well as replenishing pizzas.

My grandson wanted to come here after track practice which was pretty close to the school.
This was my first visit to this location. It wasn’t as welcoming as the others that I have visited.
The staff (except for the Hispanic woman behind pizza station… Smooches) wasn’t friendly or hospitable.
Salad bar seem to lack lots of extras and the pizzas along with the whole line of hot items lacked the essence of taste due to the food not being hot enough… just awful! So I ordered a special meat (grill chicken, spinach alfredo thin lite sauce) and it was good.
My grandson enjoyed his 2 slices of hamburger pizza and gobbled down so many carrots that I thought he was going to hop out of his seat, literally!
Overall this Cici’s isn’t one that I’d make another visit too unless my #1 grandson insist…

My elementary-​age son’s school recently had a school-​sponsored «night out at Cici’s» event and although the place was full, the staff kept the pizza table replenished throughout the night. The assistant managers walked around offering to refill drinks and the owner checked on everyone as well! The owner cares about his customers and will make any accommodations necessary to ensure that all have an enjoyable experience.
If you are wanting a place to eat after or before normal hours? Do you need a large number of pizzas delivered to your event? Check with THIS Cici’s because they WILL work with you to make it happen!
