Good location with quality food, but they keep the air conditioning so damn cold that it’s unbearable. Literally, the balcony is packed because nobody wants to freeze inside.

I love chipotle! It’s a little expensive, so I don’t get it all the time, but when I do, it’s definitely a treat! I usually get the chicken bowl with chips and then just dips my chips in the bowl! It’s yummy.

Not going to make my review lengthy because most people are already familiar with chain restaurants but just wanted to praise this chipotle for always giving generous portions! Staff here is great and I never have to wait long, even during the rush hours.

Great chipotle. We all know what chipotle tastes like but I will write about their portions. They give good portions and food always tastes well. Some of the chipotles I have been to are not as good as this place.

Always a good experience eating at this location. We prefer this one to the others south on Cooper. Today we ended up after a large group of about 15 people– and we were still ended up at our table eating within 15 minutes. Great food, too, tonight. Always nice staff, and that always makes a good impression on me.

Back again! This is one of the few locations I still go to. The one in Mansfield is so bad that I haven’t gone back in a very long time. I stopped by for my lunch break today and was again greeted by the inconsistency of Chipotle. The food was meh and the service sucked. I asked for more rice on my bowl and the lady gave me 2 extra grains. I kid you not. The drink station was soaking wet so I was unable to put my bag of food down while I got a drink. Also, what’s up with some chips having more salt than Ramen and others having none at all? I just go here for the convenience and because it’s one of the few places I can eat gluten free without worrying about what is actually in my food. 4 stars today, Chipotle. Clean the drink station and learn what extra rice means and it might be 5 next time.

First of all, let me say that the employees were great. The atmosphere was fine, and the place seemed clean. My food was prepared well, but there was a change in the menu that is so ridiculously inane that I could not ignore it. My quesarito. For those who are unfamiliar, a quesarito is a combination of a quesadilla and a burrito. The quesadilla forms the outside of the burrito with a toasted tortilla with melted cheese, and the inside is composed of the contents of a regular burrito. One tortilla is on the inside to house the burrito ingredients, and the other is the quesadilla. The amount charged is for both the burrito and the quesadilla($ 6.50(I had chicken) + $ 3.50 = $ 10.00). I ordered my quesarito as usual, and once the quesadilla portion had finished toasting, I had expected the employee to place the second tortilla on top of the cheesy one. When she didn’t, I questioned her about it, assuming she may have forgotten. A second employee – one who was in line behind me, ordering his food next – stepped in to tell me that they no longer use the second tortilla for the burrito. His reasoning was that since the Chipotle location on Collins no longer followed this practice, they were told to stop doing it as well. I was stunned because this makes very little sense to me. Why am I paying the full price for both a burrito and a quesadilla when I am being shorted one tortilla? This would not bother me as much if the integrity of the quesarito was not an issue. When heated with cheese, the tortilla becomes weak and fragile, making it extremely prone to breaking. Without the additional tortilla on the inside, the contents of the burrito spill out all over the place. The employee behind me even cautioned me about the tortilla, saying that it would most likely break when folded, signifying that this is a known, frequent, and obvious issue. Sure enough, as soon as the other employee tried to fold it over, a hole ripped in the side, spilling hot sauce, rice, and sour cream on to the foil below. My quesarito was wrapped in another piece of foil and given to me(still broken). I love the taste of the quesarito; it is my favorite item to order when I eat at Chipotle(which is often). When the enjoyment of my food is compromised, however, especially by food that I cannot properly consume, I find it very difficult to want to return when the content of my meal is not what I paid for.

They skimp you on the meat. Tables were dirty and had to bust it myself. Customer service was meh. Definitely can tell the difference b/w this chipotle and other more awesome ones

Something about the taste of chipotle has been throwing me off lately. I don’t know if it’s their recipe or if it’s just not as good anymore. *gasp* That’s something I would never had said when I first started eating chipotle five years ago, as it was my go to food almost every day at lunch. I’m going to have to try other locations to see if it was an off day or if my taste buds had really changed. This location is conveniently placed near the university. Not so convenient if you’re going north on Cooper because of the construction. The staff members are friendly and listen to your request fairly. That’s important when you want less or more about certain things.

Love this location!!! They may be busy a lot because being so close to UTA but no matter what, they always have your online orders ready on time, unlike other Chipotle’s in the Arlington area. Great customer service too!

Always a fan of Chipotle! This one can get quite busy being near UTA. Their parking lot is kinda small so go early if you’re planning on being there for lunch. The staff members there are always polite and accommodating. They’re always smiling and ready to help. Now, if they would only get a parking spot for to-go orders :)

Chipotle is awesome, and this one is by far the best one I’ve been to. The staff is always great, except here and there you get some rude ones but pretty much everyone that works there is great. I go to this location at least once a week and always enjoy it and get my money’s worth. If you’re looking for a good place to eat and have never been, try it out!

This’ll be a super brief review: — Loved the chips, guacamole, and meal in general. Loved that it was fast. Price felt about right for the amount of food. — Docking a star because it’s just loud enough in here that you can’t comfortably ask questions about your options or customize your order. — Docking a star because there was a hair under our rice, which I didn’t order.

I love Chipotle! And this Chipotle gives you reason to love it more! Compared to many of the other Chipotles that I’ve been to in the DFW area, this is definitely one of the best due to their generous portion sizes of meat and ingredients when building your bowl. Other than that the staff is very friendly and more than willing to add more lettuce if you ask or dance, if you so desire. Steak was my preferred choice of meat before I discovered how tender and juicy the chicken was, and thus, I became a Chicken burrito bowler. It changed my life, and it can do they same for you. Get CHICKEN! I promise you won’t be disappointed!(but on the off chance that you are, it’s Chipotle’s fault! lol)

I’m a huge Chipotle fan. I love their barbacoa meat and their guacamole. Some say it’s expensive but I honestly get two meals out of an order so I actually fine it pretty economical. My only gripe about this location is their to-go service. ITSUCKS. My work place has been ordering to go here for a few years and 99.9% of the time they get it wrong. They seem to always forget my salad dressing for my salad. The manager is great because he is always willing to fix the messed up orders or give us free guac. The most recent time my lunch was on them BUT they managed to forget my salad dressing again. :(Oh Cooper st. Chipotle– I love you so but my patience is wearing thin with you. I don’t want free food :(I just want my order to be right.
