This is by far my favorite location to come eat at. I am a fan of Cheddars, but as I mentioned in a previous teview, the service can be hit or miss. This location normally does a good job and last night was no exception. We were promptly greeted and seated. Our waitress, who let us know it was her first day, was very pleasant and professional. She rolled with our many questions, and more impressively got our order right! As always, the food came out quickly, was hot and filling. We all enjoyed our meal and will certainly be back in a few weeks! For the price and selection, this place beats many of its competitors.

This place was completely packed when we came to eat the other night. If the dirty tables had been cleaned all the people waiting outside could have been seated. We chose to sit at the bar and not wait 45 min for a table. The bartender completely failed us as he didn’t keep our glasses full. He only asked one of us if we would like another drink leaving one empty. Then towards the end of the meal you couldn’t get anyone’s attention to get a drink. We were sitting at the bar this shouldn’t be an issue. The bartending staff seemed more concerned with taking care of drinks for the floor. They needed to have someone designated to the customers seated at the bar to take care of guests there. They missed out on selling us another round of drinks because they were not paying attention. It took forever to get our check when it came time to leave. The food was ok I’d rather go to the location over off of 20 and Carrier as it’s much cleaner and the service was better. Maybe I will try this location again but they will have to do way better to make me want to continue to come back again.

My dinner guest and I enjoyed a vegetable plate and a Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad. The salad was remarkable; the dressing was perfectly tossed through out the salad and every bite was better than the one before. Our server was Blake S., who was very nice and friendly. We arrived around 8:30 p.m. and although there were many people waiting for a table, we were seated within 10 minutes.

Ok. My 5 star rating is for their cheap flavorful food, service and multiple locations. This is a place that isn’t afraid to give you large portions. Cheapest drinks in a restaurant I’ve found and the best croissants I’ve ever tasted. There’s usually a wait if you come after 6 and all day on weekends. Today, I ordered the sirloin steak and chicken tenders. The steak(as always) was succulent and tender with more than enough tenders to bring home for a midnight snack. I would recommend this place to watch the game, date night or family night. Large parties aren’t really a good fit for their set up. Over the past years, I have noticed a 50 cent price increase on the food items, but I think I’ll manage. Keep up the great work! !

Food is good and selection varied enough to satisfy a group. Service is usually good; however, there is often a wait to get a table. Lots of booths — some even accommodate up to 8 persons. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous.

I have never been a fan of this place like so many others but my friend wanted to go because he loves it so I conceded. I give up though. The drinks were not spectacular. The food is sub par, and the bartenders were not too enthusiastic about their job. He can go back if he wants but I’m sure we’ll find better the more we get out together.

It used to be one of my favorite places to eat years ago. Came back to the same one and MAN has it changed. The staff up front was fantastic. The wait wasn’t bad at all; the place was nearly empty. The food and the service explains WHY there was next to no wait… The food had no taste and our waiter was so awkward and inattentive. The Food: I ordered chicken strips with French fries, red beans/rice and cream gravy. The chicken was dry and chewy. Definitely nothing like I remembered. There was no taste – the only taste there was came from the gravy. The fries had no seasonings on them, not even SALT. I get there’s some on the table but they were really unappetizing. The beans/rice were the only thing I really enjoyed on my plate. They had a slight kick to them but damn were they good. Wish I could’ve just gotten a large bowl of that. My mother ordered chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. She said the steak was dry, as well, and there wasn’t enough gravy. There was about a spoonful, each, of the mashed potatoes and the green beans. She was also served dinner toast that was cold and looked, literally, just like plain toasted bread. The Service: Wow this dude was awkward. He stumbled telling us his name after making us wait a good 5 minutes to even APPROACH the table after we sat down. He took our orders and our food arrived promptly. My water glass became empty twice and I always had to wait for him to bring more. The most awkward part of the meal was him bringing us fresh drinks and our check then asking if we needed anything else… Uhhhhh. All in all 2.5÷5. Come here if you want«meh» food at a good price. If you want more quality food go elsewhere.

This, at one time, was my favorite Cheddar’s. Not so much anymore. The quality of the food, at least when ordering a to-go meal has fallen by the way side. I almost feel as though they serve food that should have been served to an in house guest that they knew would be sent back. I’m quite hesitant to go to this particular restaurant again, unless I’m forced to by my friends suggestions, for which I’ll attempt to change their minds, and we’re eating inside. I miss the Cheddar’s I fell for, worst of all, this is my neighborhood! Please, do better!

My wife begged me to bring her here and I’m glad she did. Didn’t care for waiting outside for a table but I understand why. This place was packed. Our server was swamped but she did her best to keep us happy. Now the food. In one word Terrific. The steak was great and the Cajun pasta was incredible. There was nothing left on the plate. This is a place that I will be returning to. Only fallback were the mixed drinks. Although they tasted fantastic you could tell that they were short poured. For what we paid for them, I want my booze. Overall a great place to visit. Enjoy.

Food and service was good. I had the chicken sandwich on foccaci bread. My hub had ½ sandwich and bowl of potato soup. I would have given 5 stars, but the hostess had a bad attitude.

I have been frequenting this restaurant for several years. My opinion of this restaurant has steadily eroded over the last 2 years. It actually bums me out to give Cheddar less than a 5 star rating. For a chain restaurant they were one of the best out there. My last several visits have been disappointing. My last 2 dining in experiences were not good, as my favorite entre’ was way over cooked. I also like to call in & pickup food on occasion. The last experience picking less than except able. When I arrived home, I found the old«Make it Look Good On Top» trick. I opened the styrofoam salad container. It looked good, until I realized my salad only contained 1& ½ small cherry tomatoes in it. They sliced the tiny cherry tomatoes in half and carefully set the 3 halves on top of the salad. May sound picky, but I like tomatoes & Cheddars didn’t use to cut corners like that. Use to be my «Go To» restaurant near my home, but I had to throw in the towel after this last snafoo.

The food is amazing, once you finally get it. We were there forever the other night, they messed up the order quite a few times, they didn’t bring silverware to my mother in law when she asked, she had to go to the kitchen and peek her head in to ask, not good a refilling drinks, we asked for more chips for our spinach dip and didn’t get them for a good 20 minutes, but the dip was very good so no complaints on that once we got to finally eat it. The Key West chicken and shrimp is my favorite.

Great food and big portion for the cost. Would give it more stars if it werent for the service we recieved. Our waitress April wasn’t very attentive or helpful at all. Took forever to get our drinks, someone else had to bring our food out, we were done with our drinks not even half way through our meal and was not once offered a refill. When we finally got our check, she took our payment to the bar, started mixing drinks for other customers, stood around talking to coworkers, then finally brought my card back.

This place is like one of those typical chain restaurants that you go out to on a day date or whatever you just want to go out for a dressier occasion. I will say that the outside looks pretty nice and that the inside is the same. The service is also pretty good. We were quickly greeted and lead toward tables. I ordered a lasagna spaghetti(I forget the actual name) and it was okay but really not memorable. Personally I do not like chain restaurant so I probably won’t be coming here again but my experience was passable.

This has to be one of my top 5 places to go to eat at. Everything I’ve had here has been good, literally. I’ve tried the steak and chicken tenders meal, the club sandwich is the bomb, with fries and pickles… Hmmm hmmm hmmm. They have really good croissants there, and if you like broccoli casserole here’s your place to get it’ from. Come here you will be glad you did!

We went to Cheddar’s last night for dinner, and had a lot better experience. Our waitress was excellent, and the food was great. Service is hit and miss(which boggles my mind) but our waitress last night was excellent. Great food, but bad service can ruin your families experience. Thank goodness last night we had a great waitress. To be continued…

The food here is extremely good for the price that you’re paying. I would compare it to a Chili’s, but much cheaper. Cheddar’s also has more of a selection compared to Chili’s, in the sense that they have more steaks/meat and poultry items available(only $ 13 for a ribeye steak or a full rack of ribs). However, the service here isn’t that great. Sometimes we luck out and get an awesome server, but most times, we get someone that is only there when we order and when we pay for our check. Don’t have high expectations for your waiter when you come here. We’re most likely never coming back to this Cheddar’s location again. My boyfriend and I made a pick up order at the bar recently, and there was such a foul smell inside the restaurant. After a few minutes of sitting in disgust, my boyfriend found out that it was the bar counter that was the cause. It was a dirty mildew smell mixed with sweaty palms. It was terrible. Along with that, you know those straws that they put into your cups? Don’t drink out of them. At Cheddar’s(I don’t know about other locations), all drinks come from the bar. When my boyfriend and I were waiting for our food, we saw the waiters handle dirty money, rags to clean tables, and unclean trays before taking the tip of your straw and putting it into the cup for you. It was such a displeasing sight and was something that could easily be fixed within the restaurant. I have never seen waiters touch unsanitary things and then touch the part of the straw that you put your mouth on. The sole reason why this place isn’t out of business is because the food is so cheap and good. But seeing the habits that the waiters show out in the open makes me feel that the chefs in the back are no better. Feel free to eat here, but I would be weary of what’s really going into your food.
