I had dropped my iPhone 5c quite a few times but I noticed a couple of weeks ago that when I would text, the screen would jump around, my phone would text random people, and even tried to order me an über twice (thanks, phone, but I was at work and didn’t need one.) After a week or so of acting like this it decided that we were no longer on speaking terms. The right side of the screen stopped working (couldn’t even put in my passcode to unlock the damn thing) and weird lines surfaced. I went to Verizon but they denied me an early upgrade.
I went on Unilocal and found really good reviews for a place in Arlington that fixes iPhone screens but unfortunately when I called they said they no longer fix iPhone 5c screens. I stumbled upon Cellular Safety and decided to stop in. I was greeted by Marvin and after explaining what was going on with my phone he told me that he did not have the parts to fix it but promised that he could get them the next day. The next day I called her and sure enough he had gotten the parts. I dropped my phone off at 5:55 and he was finished by 6:25! 30 minutes and $ 100 later (standard price to fix an iPhone screen) and my phone works like new again! He even threw in a free tempered glass screen protector! I’ll definitely (but hopefully not anytime soon!) come back!
