My new go-​to for stringing. I popped the strings on 2 racquets the day before I had a match, and my usual place wasn’t going to be able to turn the job around in time. I called Capital Stringing’s number around 8pm and Pete said it was no problem to string them within 12 hours! Their pickup and drop off locations are convenient, and Pete’s knowledge of strings is fantastic. He suggested that I try a new gamma synthetic gut as an alternative to the Wilson nxt, and I love it. The best customer service and pricing – highly recommend!

I’m about a 3.5 player and I use their DC drop-​off location and then pick up at the Arlington UPS, which is close to Courthouse metro. They have been very responsive and do a great job. Customer service has been better than other place I have tired locally — sports stores and tennis shops. Even though there is no in-​person consultation, they are easy to reach by email or phone. They’ve made some great string recommendations that are affordable and functional.

Capital Stringing & Tennis has really cool stringing services that cater to busy work schedules. I’m not so busy as I am lazy so I thought the idea of having my racquets picked up, strung, and dropped off was spectacular. Fortunately I live a few miles away from their Falls Church location so I decided to drop-​off my racquets.
Their website is well-​made, easy to navigate, and has a clean interface. I dropped off two of my racquets on a Wednesday and asked if they could be strung by Friday evening for match. They were extremely friendly and accommodated to my request. I picked up my racquets on Friday and they were beautiful. Capital Stringing & Tennis did a phenomenal job and I’m ready to have my other two racquets strung by them.
Also, they are great with communication and maintaining transparency. I am definitely recommending Capital Stringing & Tennis to everyone because it’s nice to find a friendly business that does outstanding work.
