GREATEXPERIENCEGONEWRONG… My boyfriend and I were shopping for furniture for our new place, we were going to get a bed that we seen online. When we got to the store we were greeted by a young man very professional. He told us to look around and he would have a sells representative to help us in a minute. So we are looking around we find the bed that we wanted, then the sells representative name Jair comes to help us, we are asking him questions about the bed and he has all the answers. Then he asked was that all we were needing was the bed and we said no. Jair informed us that they have a special right now on a Bedroom, Dining Room, Living Room, and 50in Smart TV for only $ 2000. I was shock all of that for that price sounds to go to be true, I told him it must be some trash furniture that we wouldn’t want. Jair said no you will like it I bet lol I was like whatever show it to me lol. He said actually its this bed your wanting and then showed us the living room set it was very comfortable that is all that matters to me, he couldn’t show us the dining room table because it was on back order, but he was able to show it to us online and need less to say it was one of the tables I was wanting to get. After seeing all that we were sold. Jair helped us with all the paperwork he gets 5 stars for himself he was remarkable very thorough and went above and beyond to assist us Thank you so much for that Jair! Come delivery day on a Friday evening our window was from 5p-8p so I made sure I’m home in time by 5p. I’m home sitting on the floor waiting for my furniture to be delivery hours pass I now realize its 730p and I haven’t heard from them to say they were running late or what. I call to see if they were still going to delivery today because its almost 8p and that’s what time they close. The lady inform me that yes they were still coming and will be there in another 1 or 2 hours. I asked so at what point was someone going to call and notified me that they were running behind, she had no answers for me. So I’m still waiting… The movers call to say they are 20mins out they finally get there at 930p, the young man introduces himself and states he apologized for running late they were across town and got caught in traffic. I told him well it only took a phone call but its not your fault. He stated they didn’t call you to tell you that we would be here at 930p, NO! that pissed me off because like I said it just takes one call to let us know something we had other stuff to do. That is only courtesy and correct way to handle business. We find out from the movers that the TV was on back order and no one called to let us know about that either. On a positive note the two movers were great and very respectful. I never seen any movers assemble furniture so quickly and made sure everything was right. He was still so apologia for running late and the not having the TV. The next day(Saturday)we called and ask to speak with a manager they said she was tied up and would have her to give us a call. No one called that day, so we called again on Sunday the manager will be in at 12 and they will have them to call us, still nothing no one ever called. Then I received a text from Maria stating our TV will be delivered on Tuesday since it was on back order. Our delivery window is from 6p to 9p now wouldn’t you think if you already knew we were upset and had an issue wouldn’t you try to put us first on the list so it wouldn’t be anything else, well clearly they didn’t see it has a problem. I text Maria back and told her the sooner the better since they inconvenience us she never text back. We called again still nothing so we finally just went up there since we waited 3 days to hear back from a manager. When we got there we ask to speak to a manager and she said she is the manager how could she help us, we told her we wanted to explained our experience with the company because we were very unhappy and dissatisfied. Yamileth she listen she said she knew something about our situation, but yet she didn’t look into it to see if any manager called us to reificed the problem. She listen apologize for everything and said she would compensate us for our time. She gave us a store credit that will never expire, but its not worth it because I don’t not want to do any business with them again if this is what I have look forward to and I wouldn’t want anyone to have to go through what happen to us. Its a big headache I feel like the you only thing you had to do is communicate with us and it would have been fine. I really disappointed because it started off great with Jair.
