Bride Savers

I have ordered Bride’s Blueprint package from the Teton Trek at the Memphis Zoo. I was supposed to get unlimited phone calls and meeting. I was told on numerous occasions that everything will be taken care of and I have nothing to worry about. At the meeting with Zoo (Teton Trek) representative they sold me the vision exchange vows at waterfall, and they told implied how nicely illuminated it will look at night. However, on the day of the wedding there was no waterfall, and no illumination as promised. When I asked Becky where is my waterfall, she said that its better without it because we wouldn’t be able to hear one another. Later on we found out that the real reason for this was power failure, which also affected many other visual aspects of the ceremony. We only found out about it because we watched YouTube videos of OTHER weddings at Teton Trek, and only then we realized how badly they screwed us. Becky and Dianne were oddly passive about this during the wedding. She did other weddings there, so she knew that we were getting screwed, but she did not say or do anything. At least we would be entitled to some refund, but she acted as if everything was fine.
