Consistency is key. I come to Bracket Room either every weekend or every other weekend and the drinks and food are always consistent. It doesn’t matter which bartender or server I have, I know what I’m paying for is going to be the . Seriously — order the whole menu. Love it here — definitely my favorite place in Clarendon!

After visiting Bracket Room’s brunch for the first time on Saturday during the East Coast Snowmageddon, I have to say I am more impressed than ever. I’m not sure what it is about Bracket Room but I always leave feeling better about my choice to stop by than I did before I visited. Being one of the only places around that was open during the snow on Saturday, I went to a birthday brunch with about 17 other people. We were sat in one of the larger areas to accommodate everyone and it ended up working out perfectly. Everyone did the All You Can Eat special for $ 30 and getting the penny mimosas. One thing i freakin love that restaurants do is give you a wine bottle and OJ separately so you can mix your mimosas yourself. BR adheres to that policy in spades. Our server Cormack(Special shoutout) absolutely killed it for us for over 3 hours and everyone always had a full drink. Despite them being short staffed and busy at the same time, they also really delivered with the food. I’ve raved about the burger and tots before and it seems every dish I get here is on point. I had some of the best chicken in a chicken and waffles dish I’d ever had. Chicken was super crunchy and still super juicy. Nailed it. I was able to try a few other things — Eggs benedict, french toast roll ups, and those were also tasty. I’ve reviewed BR before with 4* but this experience on Saturday pushed it over the top for me. If you’re looking for a place to watch the game, a great brunch or just any meal, check out Bracket Room. This place absolutely destroys the typical«Sports bar food» stereotype. You’ll be glad you paid a visit.

This place is great for watching the games on sundays. Its packed and there are TVs all around! The service is pretty good too. Got the tator tots which were huge, and they were pretty delicious! and the buffalo chicken tenders which look amazing but I didn’t love them. This place is great for the experience and watching the games, the food is ok.

Got brunch here with a bunch of friends near the end of the summer and I can say I’m definitely open to coming back. The breakfast paella was a favorite and I ended up ordering a second one and contemplating a third. I thought the tater tots were also very good, crispy and crunch on the outside and very soft and warm on the inside. They were so large they should have been called tater toddlers. Service was great and the staff was accommodating to our somewhat large group.

I may just have to become a regular! I went in the same day my groupon expired($ 14 for $ 20) of food. Per groupon rules, the face value was still good with no issues! This time I ordered the chicken and waffles recommend by my super nice bartender Tanya, and man was that a great meal! The waffle batter is more savory than typical waffle mix and the chicken had just enough crisp. I can’t wait to try everything else on the menu lol

Had a first experience here the other night. Almost forgot what it was like to go out to a crowded bar. The place was pretty full, but the drink service was still good and we grabbed a seat. I ordered the chicken tenders and they were actually ‘homemade’ as the menu indicated. Really pleasant to find a place that doesn’t fry up frozen ones. These were super tasty! The server was on top of everything and very attentive. Shout out to him(not sure of a name, but we decided you’re an Elijah Wood doppelgänger). There are a sh*t ton of tv’s in this place, so it’s not likely that you’ll have problems seeing a game here. Tv’s in the bathroom too! The atmosphere was decent as well. Mostly guys, but was to be expected. My only gripe was that the bathroom situation is not desirable. The first one I went into was dirty to the max and the door didn’t lock. I didn’t stay in there and walked out to try and snag a different one– which was a bit better. Good place overall– Would go back for sure.

Bracket Room is a great place to go for happy hour after work. They have a lot of good draft beers(though only miller lite is on happy hour) and a great happy hour food menu. Whenever I go, I always get the grilled shrimp and ahi tuna. There are lots of big TVs and the service has always been fantastic. This will continue to be one of my go-to happy hour spots.

The food here is great and surprisingly unbar-like. Don’t get me wrong — they’ve got some good unhealthy options, like the fried chicken sandwich, but they’ve also got some delicious healthier options, like the ahai tuna. All the dishes– healthy and not, are delicious and served beautifully. In general the prices are reasonable, but during happy hour they’re downright cheap. The beer deals during this time are also excellent. The service is always top notch, and the servers are always cute. If you’re looking for a place to go for watching games or during the week for a dinner or happy hour with friends, look no further.

This place is awesome! But get there between 11:00 am — 11:30 am on Sunday to make sure you have a table/seat. Tons of TV’s, 360 degree view of every football game going on! The food is awesome, I love their tomato soup and grilled cheese. A great starter! This is a Redskins bar and they play Hail to the Redskins after every score! It’s perfect! For a Skins fan anyway. I love this place.

I’ve been here a good 3 – 4 times at this point, for a bar the food is amazing!! The vibe here is very laid back and chill, everyone is here to have a good time and it’s easy to network /enjoy yourself. The staff isn’t all that memorable but the big boy tots are. :)

Loved the atmosphere, music selection(pretty diverse) and food! The menu selection was pretty nice and had many options to choose from. For appetizers, we ordered the steak and cheese eggrolls… they were really good! I was hesitant about trying them but glad that I did. I love the combo of the crunch and meat. I ordered the chicken and waffles for my meal. It was ok, the chicken was a bit overcooked. I thought they served chicken wings but instead it was a chicken breast(not that it’s a bad thing I’ve just always had wings). I will visit this place once again. especially after redeeming an offer for free tater tots! Haha… I def recommend this restaurant.

I LOVETHISPLACE. If you love beer, shots, sports and great food, look no further. First off, if you look at their menu, they have a March Madness Bracket but instead of teams, they have shots, ranking them from #64 to #1. They have an ALLYOUCANEATBRUNCH on Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons for $ 35. Along with this, they have penny mimosas and brunch cocktails for $ 2 each. The choices they give you are all quality meals you would see at sit-down restaurants: Poached eggs, fried chicken and waffles, french toast, etc. GETHEREEARLY. Seating fills up very quickly and people tend to not leave until their sports game is over with. They do have booths available and shared hightop tables but they do limit how many people are allowed in at a time.

Giving 2* for good food and fast prep. The Service and prices poor. The waitress was the worst. She was very distracted and didnt want to be there. She made a mistake with our order and didnt bring us silverware or napkins. We had our food for 3−4″ before we had to get up and ask for silverware. Did she work for tips? This place is for sports fans and drinkers. They were there in force and having a great time. We ordered tots, tacos and eggs benedict. Tacos were good but not worth the price: 3 taco shells filled with scrambled eggs and salsa for $ 12?! The eggs b. were fine but nothing special. And we ordered the tots without parm cheese but they came out covered. Had to send back and remove from bill. So glad we had a coupon because it was not worth the full price. Shocking that management didnt do more to ensure our return. We will not be going back.

Ive been here more recently as my boyfriend, myself, and a group of our friends have had multiple great experiences. We’ve been here for a few UFC fights here and also some other sporting events. Most recently for UFC193 and for PSU vs MU/Barcelona vs Real Madrid. They beauty of this was that I’m a huge Penn state fan and my boyfriend is a huge Barcelona fan — and neither of us had to be miserable at a bar for the team we didn’t want to see! We got to see both of our teams! I was elated. To boot there is not a bad seat in the house. Every seat offers a good view of multiple TV’s which is a rare find. On top of that their food is really good, and they have a great brunch special. The hot pretzels and queso are great. I have never really had an entrée here since I am usually going for a sporting event and drinks. Also, the manager — David– is a rockstar. He is not only a great manager and obviously has a good grip on what is going on within the bar, but I’ve seen him run food, check in on tables and patrons, and make drinks behind the bar. I love that quality in a manager! Such a people person. I’ll continue to fequent here.

Went here last night for the birthday party of s friend. I immediately liked the atmosphere of the place when I walked in. Think upscale sports bar. There is an abundance of tv’s with a variety of sporting events shown throughout. The crowd was diverse. We had food and drinks which everyone said was good. I had the wings and sipped on Kentucky Mules for the night which were very good. There was one server for 8 of us but he handled the job very well and was both helpful and pleasant. The one drawback is that drinks can be pricey but this is a place that we’ll definitely be frequenting again.

I just had my first experience at bracket room and it was mehhh at best. First off it is very very expensive for what you get. It’s more expensive than many meals at what I would consider the more expensive restaurants in Arlington(Cheesecake Factory, fuego, etc). And sandwich is over 13 $. Came here for breakfast with some friends yesterday. I got the Mac and cheese frankly because it was one of the less expensive things on the menu(9 $) and it was alright. Nothing special or something I would go back for, but it was okay. Did not live up to the hype. My friends got the eggs Benedict and breakfast pizza. I tasted the breakfast pizza and it was okay but again not sure if it was $ 14 worth. My two friends who got the eggs Benedict expressed liking the eggs Benny part but the hash browns puck it came with was flavorless, cold, and honestly uncooked. We would have expressed these concerns to our waiter yet we saw him about 3 times our entire time at the restaurant where asking for ketchup took 20 minutes to get and I never received salt and pepper for 20 minutes until I asked another employee for It. I’m giving 2 stars here because I have only eaten here once, and maybe it was an off day but it’s hard to say if I’ll even come back.

*****3.5 Stars***** Bracket Room looks like something special, with their inside looking like a typical happy-hour-after-work type of place, and food that looks incredible. But looks can sometimes be deceiving. After checking in to the restaurant, you instantly receive a free order of Big Boy Tots, which we redeemed right there on the spot. They were pretty good, but not like the average tots that are fried shredded potatoes. Rather, these were fried mashed potatoes. They were pretty good and unique, to the point where I completely forgot they were tots and thought of them as mini mozzarella sticks. We also ordered the Cheesesteak Eggrolls. Again, another unique dish. These were actually quite delicious, and that’s coming from a guy that doesn’t particularly like cheesesteaks! The Fresh Ahi Tuna wasn’t as good as it looked. It lacked the taste of regular ahi tuna that you would find in sushi restaurants. Worth a try, but not worth getting again. It comes with a salad, which was pretty good. For dinner I had the Filet Mignon(sliced) with Fries. The filet mignon was very good, and cooked just the way I like it, however, I felt that it wasn’t much. The fries were pretty average; they were just like the typical fries you get at Five Guys(minus all the flavor, of course). The service was pretty good. Fast and efficient. All in all, I would probably try this place again in the future.

Groupon made me do it! Honestly, I probably would’ve never stepped foot into this place, especially after seeing their menu. Groupon was stalking me with their email a few days ago and I thought, why not? The bar itself is in a beautiful part of Arlington, loved the streets and they have nice patio seating. When you first walk in you have to seat yourself, almost like Bar Louie’s. There’s a private(VIP) area to the left as soon as you walk in and tables to your right. Right in front of you is the bar with a couple bar tables to the left. We started with the jalapeño margaritas which were VERY spicy but good! With the Unilocal check in you get a free order of the tots which is probably the best item on the menu! I also got a order of the Watermelon Caprese salad, it was alright and their chicken and waffle was, ehh. The chicken was good on the inside but a little too fried on the outside. Also, the waffles were soggy, request that they come out crisp if you decide to order that dish. Most definitely won’t be going back here anytime soon but I would suggest for management to re-evaluate their menu and make it look more simple.

A friend had recommended this place to me so I decided to give it a try. BR has a great atmosphere inside and I definitely want to go back when there’s a big game on because they have so many tv’s I think it’d be a great time! My boyfriend and I decided to sit at the bar. They have happy hour until 7 pm and we were obviously down for that! After ordering beers, which they have a very wide selection of, we decided to get some apps. If you check in on Unilocal you get free big tater tots that I highly suggest doing… plus, it’s free! We also did the deconstructed nachos. I really liked the nachos but we weren’t given enough toppings to last us all the chips. But, when I think about it it’s probably better I didn’t eat all of that. The sauce that came with the tots was so good, it was a sirracha sauce that was spicy, creamy and all around fantastic. They had a wide selection of food, something for everyone to choose from. The service was a bit slow at times but overall I’d give it a 4. I look forward to coming back here to try other things on the menu because there is so much to amazing sounding food on it and I loved the atmosphere of the place!

Meh. Came here for a few drinks and an app before a hair cut. In regards to food — mediocre. Keep in mind all we got was the pretzels and queso with a side of honey mustard. The pretzel was a little stale… tasted like something out of the freezer. it was served with two pretzels and was such a tease bc there was so much queso but so little pretzels. Oh well. We could have caught them on a bad day. Oddly, the pinot noir tasted watered-down. Our server was great. Very attentive and fast. The place is very cool, great to watch sports — TVS everywhere. .even the bathroom! !! It’s just sooo small and crowded. It can get a little uncomfortable when your crammed between 5 different bros. I felt claustrophobic. I’d give them another chance on off hours when it’s not so crowded.
