This store seems to be pretty well organized if you’ve been in other Big Lot stores. I went in many sections on my recent visit. First stop home decoration, everything neatly organized and clearly labeled. Then on to the rug section the large area rugs standing according to size and the smaller rugs all neatly folded and clearly marked. I didn’t buy anything I was just looking. We headed to the candle isle as we were so accurately directed by the lady at the checkout. All the candles were neatly arranged and we quickly found a steal on LED candles with a remote, much cheaper than other stores. Looked at toys and head to the extensive Christmas section, I have to admit this is my favorite place to look for Christmas decorations. This was my brother’s first trip to this store and he was really impressed with the organization and variety of items available. He said his neighborhood store is junky. I told him never at this location and I’ve been coming here sporadically for at least 3 years.

It was a junky store. I got tired of looking through things so I just left. I won’t be back

The store is better organized than most Big Lots. Having purchased from this location a number of times I have found the staff effectively empowered to make appropriate price changes on damaged or merchandise missing parts. The pricing is accurate for the most part. My only two interactions with store leadership however have both left me wanting in terms of service level.

I like this Big Lots. The lot seems to be in better shape than the one up the road by UTA. Employees are friendly enough and the clientele do not appear so destitute that they will hit you up for cash when you leave the store.
