It’s not bad but it’s not good. They don’t care they have a rude attitude I suggest going to another one.

Wow! …what crappy management. Crappy business ethic. Crappy attitude. So wanted to high five that crappy employee on her forehead. «Speak up woman!» Really? Is that the way you speak to customers? Of course this I overhead will waiting for the manager in training. Who managed to piss me off. Got my way but not without a fight.

If I didn’t have to return something, I would have never cane back into this store. Earlier this year, I asked for a 10% discount on a Caphlon pan set because it was scratched and actually had a JC Penny return label on it… you would not believe the trouble the manager gave me. I’m not sure if her name was really«Zeffery» but that’s what her badge said and I was appalled at the way she treated me. I was ok in the end paying full price for the item because I wasn’t expecting to see scratches on my item but she was rolling her eyes and made me wait to go get a ladder so she cull pull the display from the wall/ceiling just to keep from marking the price down. That was perfectly fine, I didn’t know that was an option and this was a gift after all. I ended up needing to return a Kitchenaid mixer attachment(purchased in addition to the pan) which is why I returned today. I was lucky enough to deal with this same manager on this return too and she made every effort to make it difficult. She took my card and looked up all my previous purchases just to try and prove I never paid for the attachment but I did, just didn’t have my receipt(thinking I’d NEVER return). Eventually she realized I just wanted to exchange for the smaller size and took my ID for a store credit issue. I made sure I came straight back to her so she could see that’s all I bought. I assure you, I’ll never return to this store!

Every one here was very helpful. We just watched the documentary last night called«Fat Sick and Nearly Dead. Went here to find a juicer. They had one in stock. I love to buy from local merchants as it helps feed our local economy. So, please read… you know me as the«fat gringo». I am on my quest to become healthier. Please root me on. I will start«juicing» Monday. Gotta to munch out for the Super Bowl first. I hope to change my nickname by my 54th birthday this summer. When I left MCRD in San Diego, I weighed 153 pounds I think it was. I really need to get back to that weight or as close as possible. I have had one heart issue that almost sent me to the morgue. I ain’t liking what I see, so it’s time to get it right. I’ll keep ya posted!
