They dont do service in-house. They take whatever nice stuff you give them and stuff it in a sack and send it away. They stained my $ 100 button down shirt and I called them out RIGHT when i picked it up and they denied it and I got in a yelling argument with the asian lady that worked there and she finally agreed to try to get it out and I picked it up a couple days later and it was gone and she proceeded to tell me to not come back. So a dry cleaner that didn’t do their job(actually the opposite of their job) and got called out and corrected it and then told me to not return back is supposed to get my business? No F*n way!

Not remembering my bad experience with them, my husband just got a bunch of shirts dry cleaned there. One of the white dress shirts came back with a faded«Department of Homeland Security» logo on the chest. Apparently they dry cleaned his shirt too close to someone else’s and the logo melted on to his. :-/

This place is molasses slow. Not just in returning your items but ringing up and counting your clothes as well. Okay, okay… I’ll let them slide because they are a VALET being no plant on sight but I think they should move a tad bit faster when ringing up customers. It’s taken me 30 minutes to get my stuff before. Alterations are shotty. I’ve had two pairs of pants hemmed here and both have come out. Not good. Because this is a valet, the lady that works here obviously knows nothing about dry cleaning. I’ve had my bf bring in a beaded dress(sown on beads not completely covered) and she’s accepted it and dry cleaned it well every time. The last time I brought the dress in, she tells me she can’t dry clean it because the beads will fall off. «No worries» I tell her — just use the chemicals around the beads. Enter broken English with an ignorant attitude. I grabbed my dress and walked off. My boyfriend loves this place so if I want him to pay for my dry cleaning I have to go here. Better off going to a place with the plant on scene to make sure they don’t mess your stuff up.

I lived in the building so I figured I would give it a try. They weren’t able to remove a stain on a pair of my pants and the woman wouldn’t even give them a 2nd try. I took it to Hurt Cleaners and the stain came right out there. It was truly a waste of my money and its not worth having to deal with the awful customer service.

This place is sooooooooo sloooooooow. Everything takes at least a week to get back — clothes, blankets, alterations, everything. With so many other options close by(my personal favorite: Georgetown Valet on Washington Boulevard), there’s no reason to use this place unless you live above it and, umm, never go outside.

I’m probably gonna jinx myself, but I’ve had several loads of shirts back from here without a single button being broken! Such a simple task, yet one that most cleaners seem to botch with sadistic glee. One thing I will say is that they don’t seem to offer anything resembling rush service. I haven’t asked, but usually when you drop your clothes off, most places will ask you what day you want them back. Here, «Thursday or Friday» seem to be the only choices if you drop clothes off. Seems to be a little long just for shirts, but since my choices are either to take them here and wait just shy of a week, or take them elsewhere and have buttons mangled, I really don’t have that much of a choice. I wouldn’t bring anything here if you need a quick turnaround. The verdict: It works for me, but unless you live a block or two away, it probably won’t work for you. Pretty much every building in Arlington has a cleaners in it, so unless you live within a quarter-mile or so, there’s nothing special you need to go out of your way for.

It’s right next to the Ballston Barber Shop, so I take my dry cleaning here. Nothing really positive or negative, except for them once taking over a week to clean a gray suit. They claimed that it took longer because it was gray and then trailed off in broken english.
