Honest. If you don’t need the work they will tell you. Their prices are very reasonable. I heard about them through co-​workers that have been taking their cars to them for years. I now use them for everything. I deal with Jim. I highly recommend them for all your car needs.

I can’t believe I’ve never written an Arlington Motor Mart review! We’ve taken our cars to Jimmy for 15 years. He’s extremely honest, does good work, and doesn’t gouge on price.
I’ve taken cars to him after going to the dealer for warranty work & hearing I needed non-​warranty big bucks work done. Sometimes we’ve needed the work, sometimes not. But whenever it’s been needed, it’s been done well and for far less money than the dealer quoted. I send everyone here, can’t it recommend highly enough.

I have been taking my cars to Arlington Motor Mart for service for close to 10 years, and have had great experiences there.
The staff are honest, reliable, and I would and do recommend them to anyone local who needs work done on their vehicles.

An old school honest shop. I have a unique car and do almost all of my own repairs, but I needed to do some A/​C work that first required using a professional shop A/​C machine. Local Meineke didn’t think it was worth their time. Gave these guys a call and they were open to taking a look. They hooked up the machine, we chatted while it was running, in the end they charged $ 20.
Exactly what I needed, and a price that was more than fair. Perfect.

On the previous review… Jack did not get ripped off!
His car is up and running for a $ 25.00 labor charge! What other shop charges less than a full hour of labor for anything? He was considering junking his car…
Jack, please do your quick research and realize that his quote was quite fair, then revise your review. I was also surprised the first time I heard the «cost» on parts like wires and Distributor cap, but that how it is for electronic ignitions. Installation may be simple for a mechanic with the tools at hand, and for $ 25 in labor I’d get it done right by a professional.
I have used this shop for both mechanical and auto body work for 15 years. They are honest, and fix only what is needed. I have several friends and relatives who also use them and are also very happy. Over 15 years they’ve always stood behind their work (honored warranties on parts, and even corrected a rare misdiagnosis). From 5:30AM-6:00AM all the bays fill up and you can barely get a car into the yard. By 3:00pm many of the cars have already been repaired and picked up, but someone stays to accommodate customers coming after work.
Doing business with these guys has saved me a lot of stress and money over the years. it’s a shame that someone would give a negative review even though they acknowledge that the quote was lower than other garages, the diagnosis was correct, and the car was fixed. My only relationship with this garage is satisfied customer.

Constantly good, low cost service, they have always found ways to avoid buying expensive dealer parts. I really trust them and plan on making sure my next car is a model they service (they don’t do saabs for example)

I only found them after asking my old timer nieghbor about a good and honest shop. he recommended this one hands down. in the beginning I would call them to get quotes on what I knew was wrong, call other people and these guys were consistantly on the cheaper side.
I have 2 old cars and every now and again they need work done. I call these guys up, drop off the car one night and then the next day it’s done and the bill doesn’t give me a heart attack. ok, so I don’t enjoy the bill, but they seem to be pretty fair with pricing and don’t try and over sell you a whole bunch of things you don’t need.
I have now sent 2 other friends over and they also give positive feedback.
