Called Jerry on Thursday January 21, 2016 because of a leak in my ceiling. I wanted to get it checked out before the storm on Friday. He said he charges $ 45 to come out to check leak. If he fixed the problem there would only be the charge to repair. He looked at the leak told me it only needed caulking. He said there was nothing wrong with the pipes even though that is where the water was flowing from. Then he said $ 75. I said to Jerry but you did not do anything and reminded him that he said $ 45 in the phone. He said he did work when he poured water in the tub plus gas. I have tried to contact him because the problem still exists, no response from Jerry. UNSATISFACTORY!

MISSED 2ND APPOINTMENT. Did not show up. Did not call.
RANDOMLY ON ANTHER DAY, called and wanted to drop in without any appointment whatsoever! That’s not how appointments worked.
Set up 3rd appointment, but they insisted that *I* call *THEM* when my appointment comes. Huh? I asked them if they understand how this works.
They then canceled their ticket with AHSWarranty, forcing my dishwasher to not be repaired for at least 5 more days.
CONTEMPTIBLE LOSERS.
