Most rude and condescending people I have ever had to deal with. I had an insurance issue, she said she couldn’t find it, charged me over$ 150 and told me if I can prove insurance within 7 days I might get some of my money back. I went back and the kind pharmacist, different one, told me it was in they and he can’t understand what the problem was. Wow. Use a different pharmacy if possible. If you think something I’d wrong call the corporate office and they can try to help also.

I am very grateful for Kelsey the pharmacist at the Walgreens location! She contacted my insurance(several times) to determine if I could use a coupon provided from my Lasik surgeon. Her dedication, patience and support/help was unbelievable! Thank you Kelsey for showing me wonderful customer service! :)

Pharmacy customer service needs to be upgraded. I get that you want to stand and talk about Dungeons and Dragons and recent movies with your pals but, would it kill you to just give me a few moments of your time. «Show» me where product is, rather then yelling out where to look, when I’ve already been down that same aisle twice since asking you twice! Please. Maybe repeat local pharmacy customers get better service.
