Visiting Angels Arlington Heights

Visiting Angels in Arlington Heights is horrible! Please don’t fall into their sales trap with the supposedly owner, Michelle. They promise the world with your loved ones & the cannot and will not deliver. They sent caregivers that did not have the experience needed to care for my mother. We found her laying in urine soaked sheets & she had been that way for hours. Michelle promised that she would work with us on anything & they ended up canceling the agreement to care for my mother, they charge $ 275 per day so one should expect the best if care but it a real nightmare with them. They sent a caregiver that really had mental issues. She was a real slob, put her dirty shoes on the bed, left Dodd all over the bedroom & her hygiene was bad, she was not even capable in assisting my mother transfer from the the bed to a chair so she just left her in bed. She has a bedsore & they left it opened with no bandage & urine got in it. I can go on & on but the purpose of this review is to try & stop anyone from using their service because it will hurt your loved one & cause so much stress. I issued a formal complaint about a month ago & still have not received any response, they just don’t care. I have issued complaints with all government agencies that oversee them & am in discussions with a news channel locally to take the story. That is how bad the situation got with them. Please stay away from this company, they lied to us & they were very sneaky on things & dishonest!!! I can not even rate them they were so horrible in what they did to my mother.
