I LOVETACOBELL!!! I will NEVER return to THIS location again! I am not a big complainer. I give the benefit of the doubt. I give second chances. And third. This place has worn me down. Frequently their tomatoes are soggy and have that«not so fresh» taste. More than a couple times, their nacho cheese tasted burnt. The last straw was the last time I was there. I went in, I like to order inside for some reason. The sour-faced lady behind the counter was sitting down. She didn’t greet me, even after I gave her a cheery«Hello!» When I got home and took a bite of my chalupa, the LETTUCE was soggy and had that«not so fresh» taste – AND smell!!! I tried to call, got the fax machine. I went to the website to complain, ‘under maintenance, please try again later’ or some crap. I almost got back in the car to drive all the way back to complain, but I was exhausted from a long day. They hadn’t been too receptive the couple times I had complained anyway. There are three other Taco Bells within the same radius of my, they will see me again. This place will not.

3 cars in front of me in drive through, finally was at window 15 min later. Sat at window for 5 min before someone appeared. The worker was obviously rattled. She handed me the bag and shut the window. I motioned to open and reminded her I had not received my drink. No thank you or apology. Was at the same location several days before and the tacos had very little filling. Thought I would give them one more try. Done with this location.

As unhealthy as it sounds, you could say I’m a frequent Taco Bell goer, specifically at this location. I’m rating it 5 stars not for its food(3 stars), but the customer service. You wouldn’t expect much from a fast food joint other than«Can I take your order.», but these guys actually will have a conversation with you and ask how your day is going. I’ve been to a lot of taco bells(… and I mean alot), and these employees just seem to have smiles on their faces all the time… and it’s sincere. I kid you not, I was eating one day and a customer went up to the cashier and said to him«Whenever I come here, I always get the best service all the time and I want to thank you for that.»

Just visited this location with my wife and it was a complete disaster. All of the order was wrong, complete waste of money. I ordered the chalupa meal with chicken and got beef, even got charged for chicken. Also, I ordered the quesarito and a 7 layer burrito and they were wrapped in the opposite wrappers. I Will definitely double check my order next time, if I even go back.

I am tired of this location disrespecting me. It has happened twice in a row. The first time was on May 2, 2013. I drove all the way out there for a #3 combo. That means you get three supreme tacos(meat, cheese, lettuce, SOURCREAM, and TOMATOES). The sour cream and tomatoes really make the meal and it’s important to me. I also ordered 2 sides of avocado sauce because that shit rules and puts me in pseudo-mexican heaven. I got home and opened up my bag, and there was no sour cream or tomatoes on any of the tacos, and there were also no sides of avocado sauce. However, I let it slide because I have social anxiety sometimes. It was a depressing meal, and I told myself«This will never happen again.» About a week ago, I went back there for the exact same order. I was an idiot and did not check my bag until I got home again. Sure enough, there was no sour cream or tomatoes on my tacos, but they did give me one side of avocado sauce, even though I asked for two. I became extremely depressed again, but started to eat one of the tacos. It was awful, even with the avocado sauce. I started to have a realization that I can’t let life shit all over me all the time. Sometimes you have to stand up for yourself and your dignity. So, I threw the half eaten taco back into the bag and drove in rush-hour traffic back to Taco Bell. My palms were sweating the whole ride there, and I thought I was going to throw up. Also, I was driving my brother’s shitty car with no air conditioning. I parked and walked inside. I explained to the manager that I ordered a #3 combo, but got a #8(a #8 combo is the same thing, minus the sour cream and tomatoes). He was friendly enough, but said something like«Did you say you wanted it supreme?». As if I did something wrong. I got a surge of confidence and said«a #3IS supreme! It’s the #8 that isn’t supreme!!». I’m an expert on that order and knew I was right. It was such an adrenaline rush to be assertive. But then some customers started staring at me, and I could feel myself starting to blush. Good thing I am black! Anyway, they fixed it, and the experience was good for my mental health, but I really do not want to go back to this location ever again. So, fair warning, they do not know the difference between a #3 combo and a #8 combo. I believe Leticia took my order both times, so be careful in that situation. Pure disrespect.

The food is OK that is why I give 2 stars. The staff is very unfriendly. My daughter and I were the only customers in the store and we had to wait for somebody to pay attention to us(for second round) and no one did, they just look at me waiting at the counter pretending they don’t see me until I gave up and gave my daughter my taco. I will never go back at this location.

One of the better Taco Bell locations locally. The interior is a a bit newer for a Taco Bell and the food is consistently better than other local locations. The only negative is the parking and it’s a little difficult to turn into because of the way the entrance is laid out.
