I have been with Safeguard Self Storage since November of last year. I have always found the staff to be friendly, professional, and courteous. In particular, I have been very impressed with Gil and James. The other day, I marveled at how clean the windows were throughout the facility. I came to find out that it was James who took the initiative with the windows. To me, the windows are just one example of a staff that goes above and beyond expectations on a daily basis…

I have been looking for the best situation for storage for several weeks and have visited several facilities that were sub par. I found Safeguard Storage on Algonquin Road in Arlington Heights and knew immediately from the introduction to Gil and James that this is the most professional run facility there is. It is so clean, so safe and meticulous in all aspects. I am so impressed every time I have to visit my unit with the efficiency, security and ease of accessing it. They have carts and a big bin to make the transfer of belongings so much better. I could not be happier with my choice and highly, highly recommend this Storage Facility to others in need of a long or short term storage unit. Thank you to Safeguard for actually being the best!!!
