Well, my mother had a severe reaction to her chemo and there was no support from the office– no call back from the nurse and no call back from the doctor for over 48 hours. The doctor will not talk with any patients during normal business hours he only calls after hours. Nurses do not answer the phone you’ll have to wait for nurse to call you back and that could be hours or days. You just have to realize that you only consultation from a doctor or nurse you will get will be in an emergency room. There is no communication with a patient on ajusting the treatment plan, they lose paperwork and forget referrals and orders and then deny it. Typical lazy, ego tistical healthcare workers. And their response to the messes that they create is like «oh well!» run from Illinois cancer specialists.
