Protect Your Home – ADT Authorized Premier Provider

Be careful not to fall for their bait and switch marketing tactics. This has been the worst customer service and I am still waiting on a call from their loyalty department that I requested 8 days ago. They finally offered to have me cancel my contract since they quoted me $ 20 a month but have charged me &54 a month and then continued to send me bills and told me «they had no record of any cancellation». I’ve spent countless hours talking to over 15 different people of which none could help me besides this glorified loyalty department that I’m convinced is non existent. This is the worst company.

Horrible. Installer only interested in selling items, installation shotty. Nobody knows who you are after installation. System does not work, billing is wrong, customer service is non existent. Stay away.

This is a fraudulent organization. Don’t get involved. Too bad for ADT, I would try another security company entirely.

They don’t even call an interested potential customer back. Guess I will call Xfinity.
