Very great staff. Very friendly and welcoming. The doctors are wonderful and they know what they are doing. The assistants are super friendly and made me feel very welcomed. They answer all the questions I had about my treatment, I really encourage anyone that wants to fix their smile to go to Orthodontic experts.

While I loved the Dr that helped my son, the office staff is just horrible to deal with. I have had non stop issues with the financial plan that the office set up for me. No one knows what’s going on yet they have no problem telling you in front of a waiting room full of people that you owe money. When you ask to speak to the manager… good luck. Took me almost 6 months and that was after numerous phone calls. The only reason I actually got a manager was bc it was nearing the end of my son’s treatment and they wanted to make sure they got that 60 $ after I already spent over 2000 $ for the first year and a half of treatment. They always blamed staff members that were no longer there– instead of apologizing. After all the hassle and mistakes they made to my account you would think they would eat the 60 bucks to try to save the relationship between the business and patient. Even after my account was paid off… they called me wondering why payment wasn’t going through and to call with payment. Funny… I already paid my account off so why are you trying to charge my credit card?! Their response… oops the account was never updated. Really!!! And to no surprise no manager available to talk to Also– I’m still waiting for a phone call from over a month ago after they photo copied my other sons insurance on what the benefits would be to start treatment on him. I was told I would get a phone call next day bc they were busy… it’s been over a month. Clearly they don’t need new patients. Also– the only reason there are so many good reviews is bc they offer a 25 $ gift card for a good review… never got one of those either come to think of it! It’s really a shame… the doctor is awesome and great with kids– too bad his own staff will be this company’s demise.
