I would not recommend Dr. Philips to my worst enemy. Her front office staff and billing department are deceptive and unprofessional. Her professional staff consisted of a first year who complained to my teenage daughter that she was overworked and underpaid. The testing took several months to complete and we are still waiting for the results and diagnosis. I agree with the previous poster… I am left speechless and baffled. If you want to be treated with understanding and compassion I would recommend you seek a different practice. I rate our experience a BIG negative 5 stars!
